+ 3 Vitamine B12 linked to all-cause mortality
The research:
https://jamanetwork.com/journals/jamanetworkopen/fullarticle/2758742
"These findings suggest that higher levels of plasma concentrations of vitamin B12 were associated with increased risk of all-cause mortality after adjusting for age, sex, renal function, and other clinical and laboratory variables. The mechanisms underlying this association remain to be established."
I'm not the type of guy to get scared easy by shit like "eating meat puts you at a higher risk for cancer bla bla" but this was kind of a shocker tbh.
So bro's when getting your bloodwork done, make sure you also check your b12 levels if you are supplementing it without medical need for it. Just to be sure, I think we all want to live a healthy and long life regardless of the AAS we use.

the level of vitamin B12 may increase due to the large growth of yeast and fungi inside the body (unless of course there is no additional intake of B12), perhaps the study said this)
BigCactusReally? Do you have a source for this info? Not that I don't believe you, I'm interested to read more about this.
sorry, i don't have. I heard it on an online seminar
I’d recommend looking into it a lot more. Could be correct but there’s always new studies coming out and most contradict each other
I wouldn't go by one study...many are flawed look for others that confirm it.
RustyhookerLife causes death...
Alphamale500Lol!!!
Breathing puts you at risk of cancer.
Alphamale500Smh, just smh!!
Alphamale500You know something that kinda bugged me out the other day? I was folding this wooden tray to put it away. It's like a small wooden table, with wooden legs that fold in like scissors. Anyway, as I'm folding this thing, I see a sticker on the bottom that says; "Warning: This product contains a chemical known to cause Cancer!"
I couldn't fuckn believe it. I got this thing from Target. I wasn't, but I could've had my kids eating off of this little table. And you know when your kids are eating they're dropping food onto the table/tray and picking the food right back up and eating it. SMFH! And they put this fuckn sticker underneath the table top so you can't even see it. I returned it, but now I'm thinking that I should've kept it, and the sticker just in case I ever get cancer, maybe I got a shot at suing them. Unbelievable really!
Are you in California? Because, California has found that everything in California is known to cause Cancer.
Alphamale500Sorry but I didn't notice this until now. But no, I'm not in California, I'm actually in Florida. But yeah, I remember you stating that in California even drinking water is known to cause cancer, right? Lol! This situation really shocked me though, and tbh, it got me a little nervous for a minute after reading that. It was just like a shock to my body!
Idk how these stores are even allowed to sell this kind of shit. I think if ppl were more aware that products which contain cancer causing ingredients are being sold in these big chain stores, they would very likely not even shop there! Because I'm sure if Target is selling this one product which contains this shit, then they are very likely selling many products which contain the same kind of cancer causing shit!
No matter how small the risk is, ppl should know about this and make up their own mind if they wanna shop there. A little sticker underneath the table just isn't enough. I think someone really needs to get the word out about Target, and whichever other stores are selling products with cancer causing chemicals in them.
Or helicopter crashes.
The Ground Proximity Warning System has been known to cause cancer in the state of California.
...interestingly enough, it has been found to prevent death everywhere else.
Alphamale500Smfh!! It's just unbelievable, all of this cancer shit!!
Well, as a person who has genetic polycythemia since i was a child my b12 has to be tested always, an excess in b12 can give a higher red cell count that can lead to higher blood preassure and those problems asociated with it, so than can be the cause of the higher mortality.
BigCactusCould be but I think this rules that out: "after adjusting for age, sex, renal function, and other clinical and laboratory variables",
Blood pressure falls under clinical variables if I remember correctly, I'm not 100% sure. Maybe someone else with some more knowledge could shed some light on this?
High intake of b12 is suppose to lower blood pressure though:

Molinin302It's strange, security guard at my job is about 6'1", well over 400lbs (morbidly obese) and that's after losing weight. He stays around 130/80. That's not bad for a healthy person honestly, there's just too many variables not to mention USA and England keep the values for hypertension unnecessarily high to push meds. Food for thought, interesting post though, thanks.
