My initial contact was answered quickly with no issues at all any concerns I had or questions that were in my gut was answered or I was given a link to guide me to the proper answer.
When placing my order it was kinda confusing but the staff helped guide me to the options and money gram was what seemed best for me, it took roughly 14 days to my door and thru it all ugfreak let me know I can check my pkg online watching what facility it landed at and approximately when it would be landing when I received it my gear was wrapped in bubble wrap and tightly placed in a box which was enclosed in a plastic envelope to protect from bad weather! Totally discreet only I knew what was in the box and who it was really from!
I was really skeptical at first ordering gear from a new company cause putting this in my body is serious and the horror stories from all the competition makes u really scared! But UGFREAK really made me happy and now I’m ordering another today thank you Ugfreak for killing the competition and keeping it REAL!
Product was received within two weeks of time of MoneyGram being sent out. Was very skeptical of buying gear on the internet. Wanted to do it for so long but just wasn't sure who I could trust. I don't know why but I felt like everything was going to go smooth from the time of the MoneyGram being picked up which was extremely quick (12 hours or so) as it did!

My body chemistry has changed from my early 20’s to now turning 30. I can’t get away with high estrogen anymore.

Communication and support were EXCELLENT. Part of my order was seized, and there was an issue with a supplier, but they were all over it and made sure I was well taken care of. Regular updates and always responded to messages thru their site in a timely fashion. Having an order seized sucks but they were so communicative that I really didnt even worry.
Very good, no issues, aside from the seizure T/A was approx one week for both INTL and DOM.
Highly recommend. They could have left me high and dry and didnt, and stand by their products.

+ 1This was my first time using UG or parapharma. Got in on promo 34 to try them out. I have read many positive reviews on parapharma over the years, so I was excited to finally try some.

UGfreaks website is easy to navigate and has a huge selection at nice prices. Easily found everything and ordered. Some how I accidentally deleted one of my items just before submitting. My order was received to US in under 2 weeks, tracked smoothly all the way. Everything was well packed and intact

Turn around was pretty standard around 2 weeks. Packaging was discrete and everything was secure.

This product was part of a promo Freak very generously allowed me to take part in sometime back, once I began initial communication with him answers back were almost instantaneous every time. Even when orders aren't promo based communication is A1 standard as you can see just from his constant activity on the forum. You can see this guy has a genuine passion and care for his customers and its more than just a business for him.
As good as could possibly be expected - The vials were dispatched almost instantly and only took several days to get to my doorstep. He seems to be able to ship extremely quickly when dealing with orders from the U.K. Packaging and wrapping was extremely tight and secure with nothing leaking when it arrived

Overall, I had a great first experience with UgFreak! I was looking for an accutane source with US Domestic shipping, and found UgFreak as one of the top google search results. I looked through the site thoroughly and concluded that it appeared trustworthy enough to take the risk and place an order. Two days after placing the order, i messaged Support from within my Order Details asking them if my order had been shipped. They replied within one hour saying that it had probably already been shipped and i would receive tracking information soon. Within another 24 hours, i received the tracking info which showed the item had actually been shipped two days prior, and i received the package on that same day!
Their communication was perfect! Very quick and detailed responses. You can tell that they actually care about customer satisfaction!
