Just logging and talking

ad

38 yrs old, 5' 10" about 170-175lbs. No lifting or anything really due to epilespy. TRT due to epilepsy meds. Increased production of aromatase due to the meds. Different meds had different effects. Actually grew breast the size of ping pong balls I got removed. Was limp and had sore swollen nipples on many meds over years of treatment. One med had them growing so fast they had red rings around them and they hurt so bad shirts hurt to wear. The red rings around them was from the speed of their growth. They were obvious even with a shirt on. My current med also has slowly elevated my SHBG and I had actual "elevated" levels last blood test.

Had doctors TRT from a separate doc but due to cost went UGL. Have the clomid/nolva on hand for PCT just incase I ever get bunk UGL or need to stop. Have used a couple different sources but I'm not sure I'm allowed to be mentioning them here.

I take a prescribed benzodiazepine AND prescribed CBD for the epilespy. Just got part of my amygdala, hippocampus and another part removed because the benzo has slowly had to be increased and I'm maxing out while still having seizures. No other meds worked or caused dramatic changes in me or allergic reactions.

125mg test cyp wk split 3.5 days sub q. Possibly going to be increased based on low sex drive and erections.

1.25 mg letro per day but lowering to 1/2 that dose next week. If nipple soreness comes back I'll go back up. Doses of asin and adex were also very high. With prescribed TRT and UGL. Went to letro due to supposed potency. So far seems good. Again my meds increase aromatozation due to changes in p450s which causes increased aromatase.

500 IU HCG every 3.5 days off and on the last year to stimulate testicles. When I'm having sore nipples I dont HCG.

With self treatment and reading various places low doses of Proviron are going to be added and then see if SHBG and estrogen actually lower as well as possible increased sex drive. If not itll be stopped. In the process also possibly increased.

Have you tried CBD oil? Some people said they had success w/ their epilepsy with it.

skinnyTRTdude's picture

I take 550mg of pharmaceutical CBD twice a day.

Starting 2020 Try and set up a SHORT workout and go light. See if that will work if it does it will help feel much better mentally as well. Just watch the triggers for the seizures. But you know this

Thanks for recommending what my idea is close to! I am thinking of going to begin with basically "warm up" lifts and really focusing on range of motion/form. Getting my body back into the actual "demand"/work for lifting work outs, recovery and safely finding out exactly how much my strenght and reps has fallen.

A lot of suffering on your part for sure. I give you a lot of credit for keeping on going. Don't give up. Do the best you can to stay in shape. Get a good Doc you can trust!

Since the brain parts removal 2020 is going to be ON!

I'm hoping I can now. I couldn't before because it causes seizures. I had them set off easy. I road in a boat and the heat and sweating over 5 hours just sitting there caused a cluster. Mowing my lawn caused them. It basically reduced me to dishes and laundry and I still had sets of seizures.

Benzos increase aromatase so after being on them so long you could have possibly had problems.

They can also lower leydig cells in our testicles which could cause lower T production from LH/FSH.

I've spent over 10 years dealing with psychologist, psychiatrist, neurologist and endocrinologist. I really just know my position and researched the hell out of my medications, my problems and my position.

I got sent to psych docs over my seizures for years even getting a US veterans disability rating for epilepsy due to neurologist denying it. Many of then making my seizures worse and happen more often.

I once argued an endocrinologist to a stand still because I had a reference list with about 20 studies proving my medications could cause endo issues and 2 different mammograms showing breast growth as well as the endocrine issues possibly created by medications.

He offerd me a SERM like clomid but wouldnt admit I had elevated estrogen or the need for an AI or TRT treatment.

Sounds brutal.
Question, if you got the whole gland removed during gyno surgery, isn’t there no more tissue to inflame? It sounds like you’re still suffering.

skinnyTRTdude's picture

There was a very small portion of the glands left. Very small. Doc said it's actually part of our system and needed. I can't remember why but completely removing every cell of it can cause problems or something.

I'm still on the meds so I am still fighting with increased e creation.
