+ 2 TRT and thick blood.
ad
My husband is almost 41 and been on TRT for awhile. The problem is the dr doesn’t want to raise his does even though his levels are low because his blood is to thick. He hasn’t done any actual cycles in almost a year. The only thing I know of is giving blood but that doesn’t seem to cut it. Any suggestions on another way to thin your blood?

Molinin302I'm glad it let me edit, seen some weird stuff today. Done.
Interesting this I will talk to him about that. He is definitely a meat eater. He does eat vegetables but not like he should. Thanks for the tip.
AnonI live off of chicken and turkey basically..never had thick blood, just got my lab tests today actually!
Only problem is the occasional egg/feather in the bed...but my wife understands..
AnonWell, my next panel I had done was first thing in the morning, dehydrated, sick, and had just eaten breakfast. So probably the worst possible time to draw bloods. My RBC WBC hematocrit and hemoglobin were all elevated.
So I'd agree with hydration being key, because 2 months prior all my levels were normal when I tested.
I’ve found not eating red meat keeps mine lower. The iron can raise it. Also make sure your well hydrated and donate every 8 weeks.
This is a common problem for trt guys.
Hydration is a must
Stop eating meat and add more veggies to diet
