I just read a thread where everything was mistaken. Or at lest this is how I saw it. As I don't think it will be a good idea to reply to the guy in his thread, as he will take it as "law" and will feel tempted to do stupid things, I think I should post it here, far away from him.

The guy was asking about Testosterone dosage to lost fat and earn muscle. Recomposition, in one word.

I would say that 250 mg of Testosterone is probably the minimum dosage if you are gone use just Testosterone to start getting body recomposition effect. You wouldn't need to use that much if you stack this product with something else, like 200 mg Testosterone plus 30 mg of oral Winstrol per day for the first cycle, yeah, you would feel the difference. No matter if you use it by itself or stacked with other compound, AI and PCT will be available. For a better dosage of the AI, always recommend a previous blood test to check your baseline. I really would like to hear your thoughts about it, guys.

About his experience with the Testosterone, he says that he started a "cycle" at 500 mg testosterone and doesn't feel it. Let me say that this is something that a lot of people say. I think because most of people think "oh, man, I'm going to be on steroids and I'm gonna have explosive gains, and get all that strength. I'm going to kill the gym without killing myself in the gym" and then they take 500 mg of Testosterone and for them that's like being on steroids, a complete cycle. And truth said it's not a proper cycle. For sure with this amount you should feel bigger –if you train, motherfucker, and if you eat properly – but I'm sure it's kind of disappointing looking yourself and not seeing more muscular but just see yourself bigger. And that what testosterone does: it makes your whole body bigger. It doesn't create this quality-freaky-alien-not-natural looking body. Basically because Testosterone is a natural hormone and it will give you a natural look, it just swall you up. While all non natural hormones like Winstrol, Primobolan, Trenbolone, Anavar, Anadrol, etc will give you that alien look, because they are non natural hormones and they give you that non natural look.

Recomposition is a matter of diet (Which someone should have relatively in check before starting steroids). Like if I eat more than my body will burn or use to build new muscle tissue then it will be stored as fat. Hell if you just add cardio you will probably get leaner but some people are so lazy they do not even wanna do cardio or change their diet. Then after all this laziness they expect to look like someone on Tren, HGH, Clen, Mast, Primo, Winny, Halo, and a shit load of diuretic. You ain't gonna be a top pro on just test

My apologies, guys. It should be a typo or maybe I was just fucked up when I wrote it. I meant 250 mg, NOT 750.

Logically, AI and PCT are needed. I´m going to update the post adding this too.

I know exactly what post your talking about, and it was pretty ridiculous. Definitely a good idea to start your own.

I also agree with what you are saying, especially for fat loss. Especially when you consider the potential estrogen issues and fat retention that can cause.

My first cycle was 50mg of test prop a day for 10 weeks. That’s it.

Started at 180 ~16% bf
Ended at 183 or 184 ~11% bf

I’d say that’s a solid recomp on just 350mg of test a week.

Granted, it was my first cycle. And granted, I probably shoulda waited to have a better base, but that’s a damn fine recomp nonetheless on a measly test dose.

Nonsense!TRT dose does exactly that for most men.They lose body fat and gain muscle usually at 200mg a week.
Now there is a big difference between trained athletes and just regular old men,but technically speaking that is exactly recomping.

I updated the post. I meant 250 mg, not 750 mg.

About that 500 mg of test us not a proper cycle, yes, I meant that. For a proper test cycle you need more than just test: AI, PCT, etc. Talking just about the compounds, not about training and diet.
