My calves are stubborn as hell, my quads been growing but I've been doing 10 sets ass to grass squats 2-3x week with 10 sets presses or extensions.. Everything's been heavy too like 4-8 reps finally seeing results.. eating 5000 a day rn too sucks because I'm kind of getting fluffy so I started doing fasted cardio like 4x a week morning 30 mins.. have to keep my abs lol
