+ 7 Current Progress Update

Took few months off gear back at it bulking TF up.. been hitting everything hard and heavy.. calories 5k a day mostly clean no carbs night.. morning cardio 3 x a week.. Running (ug) para pharma test E 200mg e3d, (blacksteel) eq/tren 300 .75ml e3d, (atlas labs) tren e 100mg e3d.. running everything low seeing good results.. not getting hardly any sides from tren but sweats during workout and sex lol.. my lifts have increased 20-40lbs deads and squats.. only few weeks in now will keep posted.. doing several shows end of year will start cutting in May
