Possible estrogen issue.

Currently running 200mg Deca, 200mg Test E, 20mg of Dbol. Was gonna do test and Deca for about 16 weeks and Dbol around 6 weeks. I usually run TRT @ 100mg/ week (Cyp). I don’t like to do high mg cycles anymore. I’m 41 years old. Just looking to put some mass and weight back on. Deca really helps with my joints. I’ve been up to 250lbs in the past but I do construction, walk up to 10 miles per shift and so I’ve lost some weight. I was doing a Keto based diet too so I lost weight doing that. But now I’m adding carbs back in, I have some time off for the winter and starting to put some weight and size back on. I also do 1.5iu of HGH for anti-aging. Anyway I’m in week 3 ( just took my shots yesterday) and I’m developing some tenderness near my right nipple and there’s a slight mass developing to the right side of my right nipple. I’m going to get bloodwork to test my E2 tomorrow. I have arimidex, aromasin and proviron on hand. I also take p5p @ 50mgs twice daily to combat any prolactin issues although Deca @ 200mgs a week, I don’t think there should be any. So my question is, should I start taking one of the AI’s I have on hand and at what dose? Or should I wait for the bloodwork so I can see exactly where my E2 is at? Thanks guys

I'd wait for the blood work before you treat anything.

Wait until after your blood work to start an AI so you know where your levels are at those doses and base your AI dose off of that. Definitely want to check prolactin too.

Yeah Tbone said check prolactin too, but likely you should have been on an AI already!

Wait for bloodwork.

If you just thought you had cancer, would you dive into chemo without verifying?

Haha, no. And if I was doing a higher mg cycle I would already be taking an AI but at the doses I’m running, I haven’t thrown one in. And I don’t have puffy nips or lumps directly under the nip. But yea you’re right, I’ll wait for bloods.
