Need some cycle advice
Hey guys! I’m new to the forum. I’m on many other forums but came across this one and it seemed pretty cool so I thought I would join. Haven’t done a cycle in years but looking to hit it again. Currently 40 years old, 6’3” and right now only 170lbs. In my 20’s and 30’s I’ve done multiple cycles with just about every compound out there and my biggest was around 245-250lbs. I do run TRT at around 75-100mgs a week and I do 1.5 iu’s of Genotropin per day. I feel good, I’m super lean, low BF % but I want to put some size back on. I do construction and walk up to 10 miles a shift sometimes, I hit the weights weekly. I do have some injuries, a torn shoulder (labrum) which limits me from going heavy sometimes. I eat a Keto based diet but I can certainly adjust that.
So I’m thinking something along the lines of low test, maybe with some Tren and Deca or NPP. Thinking that would help with the old joints. And SARMS seem to be big these days. Any recommendations, any advice and help much appreciated! And if I do lean towards Tren and/or Deca, what do I need on hand as far as AI’s ? Thanks fellas!

AnonDrop keto for sure. Tren can DESTROY your endurance at work. Deca is therapeutic on the old joints at a lower dose, but great to add size higher up in dose! Keep an eye on your e2 levels and have some aromasin or adex around just in case it gets high. Probably have a script for one of those I'd assume.
Just ease back into it. More food, few days of some heavy compound movements and viola! Big mfer.
Diet and consistency!
The same opinion that some 4 training seems to me correct Testo low dose and if you want a nor 19 deca but no tren at the moment if you have joint problems the deca will help but post cure the pain can return.
PcushionI personally would drop the keto diet. Increase carbs and calories and spend the colder months working with my trt dose. This will allow you to see exactly what you can achieve with what you have. No point in adding compounds when you are unsure what you can achieve with what you’ve got.
Word!
I personally don't see the need for Gh if you're off cycle and lean already. You need to put some size on natty and then consider a cycle. How and why did you go from 250 to 170?
Put on size natty? Mate, he is already on trt. It's just about putting on size with a proper diet, or putting on size with a proper diet plus any other compounds then test...
STEManti aging ;-) and the man is 40 year old bro consider it
Drop the Keto, and up the cals and make sure you’re getting at least 8hrs sleep. When that stops working up the test. Keep extra AI on hand and only use as nessasary/bloods dictate. I wouldn’t jump right back into a 19nor after such a long layoff at such a light weight. Save that for when upping the test isn’t as effective.
And as tattoo freak said I’d drop the weight training down to 4 times a week tops. At your age and what you do for a living you need to make sure you’re recovering.
If you insist on a 19nor, I definitely wouldn’t go with tren. But neither should be needed.
And I do have a wide frame and big shoulders. To look at me, I don’t really look 170.
In the winter I’m over 200lbs. The construction work I do is seasonal and physical, like I said I walk up to 10 miles per shift. So it’s hard to keep weight on. I have a urologist that prescribes TRT. At 75-100mgs a week, my levels are around 800. I’ve gone up to 200mg a week and my levels are around 1500. I go to a regular doc and all my bloods are good and I’m in great physical shape. I’ve been lifting for years and my biggest was 245-250lbs but I wasn’t the healthiest. I could definitely eat more. I eat Keto/Carnivore bc I feel better. Mental clarity and physically but like I said I can adjust that to cycle carbs. But yeah 170lbs is basically what I was in high school. But I know how to lift and eat, just looking for cycle advice to put on size. Thanks guys
6ft 3 170lbs paints a physique with not a lot of muscle mate even if you’re lean. Can you post up a selfie shot?
Hey bro I just joined here so I’ll have to figure out how to do that but yeah I could post one up

STEMin one point i agree with rusty first go see a doc
if he or your health allows it just raise your testo dosage a bit lets say for about 100 to 150mg and stack it with low dose deca for a longer cycle if your water retention gets too much you can switch to npp or boldenon
RustyhookerFood and bust ass til at least 210 bro. 170 is high school non lifting weight.
Get to your regular dr and get full hormone panel. Make sure youre not needing trt and generally healthy.
Above he wrote that he's already on trt, bro ;)
RustyhookerMy bad. His other replies shows your advice is on point. Hit the calories and boom
Hey brother I think your advice would be great for someone in their early 20’s who has never done a cycle. I haven’t always been 170. It’s just the seasonal work I do and probably due to the way I currently eat. But I lift 5-6 days a week and I’ve been as big as 245 in the past. But either way thank you for your advice
RustyhookerHard labor would then require higher calories. Youve been a beast before so adjust calories. You know the drill...input calories to direct the goals. Id bet with hard manual labor and higher protein...300g a day...that youd puff up rocked in nothing flat and still be lean.
I agree that with your work and in the 40s it's hard to put on some mass. But how did you get to the 245 in the past? Also lifting 5-6 days in your case is too much, if you want to get bigger. Rethink your diet and your trainings routine.
Yea I think your right with the training aspect. 5-6 may be too much and I’ve been going with lighter weight due to my shoulder injury. So tweaking that might help. As far as getting to 245, Tren and high dose Test played a big role plus I ate everything. But I’m probably healthier now then I’ve ever been. I’m thinking low dose test with some low dose Deca to fill in plus help with the joints. I have a good frame. I was thinking low dose Tren too bc I remember feeling great from that. I always kept these at low doses in the past bc I responded very well and I always got big very quick. Seems harder as I get older
There's solid advice from the guys above. Add more carbs and imo you should increase you test dosage a little, instead of jumping on deca/tren. Or if you want to add another compound, use just deca....
STEMso you advice to pack 40 pounds before he starts a cycle ???
RustyhookerLazy
Your gear is trash throw it away!
PcushionRunning steroids should be a last resort. Most people run them before achieving genetic potential.
STEMfor real?? lol he wants to gaine some mass not achieve his full potential
PcushionExactly! So then we can both agree steroids not needed in the situation.
STEMstfu! i agree nothin!
You should probably hang out at JM or OM or some other site that fits your YOLO lifestyle. You're not a good fit here.
Why act this way? There is nothing wrong with suggesting someone work to achieve a higher level before starting AAS, it’s the right choice. If I had started my blast when I was 190 lbs I doubt I would have had much more success than I would have had on my TRT dose. Waiting, researching, developing a good work ethic in the gym, and putting on 20lbs of muscle before the blast gives me a much stronger base and better end results than if I had blasted first and then gone back to normal TRT.
PcushionMan that guy was a tool. He could not even comprehend the point people were trying to make. He is the type of person who will try to buy what he thinks he needs without ever thinking about what he has already got. He doesn’t care about hard work or dedication. He is the type of AAS user who gives us all a bad name. He pins gear for a quick fix. For guys like him it’s not a tool to help reach a goal. For guys like him it’s a crutch. It’s used to supplement hard work, life structure, and dedication.
