Knee Pain

ad

So since I started my dbol test cycle a couple months back my knees have been killing me, I've dropped the dbol now and am just running test (and clen and ECA). I overdid the AI to start with and think that crashed my e2 but I've eased up and it just keeps playing up on-and-off. Stupid stuff like stairs, or rushing down a hill catches me off guard and sets me back.

Just wondering if anyone's gone through similar and suggestions on sorting it. I went to the docs and referred to physio but they thought it was BS and wasn't damaged, gave me some exercises that haven't really helped and I tried medical-grade supports but that gave me a limp and it actually seems to do better without them.

Tried a bit of BPC157 in both nasal spray + injecting my legs but don't know if that's helped. Basically living on painkillers.

Yup went through this last year. Nothing worked including peptides. Only thing that did work was stretching my hamstrings out daily to this day. When muscles get tight they pull on things causing pain. Also maybe drop any leg extensions and include high rep squats with just your body weight. Very healing to the knee. These things have my knees back at 100%

Like the others say , TB500 would be something I would try.

Where does one find bpc-157 in nasal spray...?

Peptide sources! No detail allowed in here mate!

I'm assuming you're not getting blood work to verify the estrogen level, based on your verbiage?

Can you use privatemdlabs.com where you're located?

I don't think it's related to the Dbol/Test cycle. You need a good Doc for analysis and do a thorough check of bloods! You may want to visit a physical therapist!

Do your bloods, we can’t help if we don’t know what’s wrong. Right now you’re blindly stabbing at the problem with no idea what’s causing it, imagine you are a doctor and someone comes to you with abdominal pain, are you going to cut them open and start poking around in there before running tests? Hell no, so go get your bloodwork done.

Hydrated? Also have you tried simple joint supplements?

Cheers bro I'll bear it in mind!

If you’re not doing certain leg movements correct you will have some serious knee pain. It could be a number of things.

Ckeck your E2 again!

I'd try TB500 not BPC , 2 injects per week! You can slso use a joint complex or pure glucosamine together with the TB.

Have u pain during your leg workouts?

If you have only probs with the knees I think it was a exercise u did wrong or too heavy and now your water is out and it starts to hurt.

Guess I'm going to have to get bloods tested, costs a small fortune for ones including e2 where I am though.

I've actually got a TB500 nasal spray too but I don't know how effective those sprays are, you reckon injections would work better? Yeah taking supplements like glucosamine and collagen too, and a couple other anti-inflammatories like turmeric.

I've really had to ease up on the leg workouts because I get limited by pain, especially with extensions, squats and the leg press with the knee bending motions. Yeah it actually started the day after a leg day, there wasn't a moment of injury, I just woke up with it.

Yeah go and do bloods thats the first I'd do!

I only pin peptides mate, never tried nasal!

Sounds like you've overstrained your knees. Stop your leg workout for a while and do only easy exercises or try if it gets better if you use the stairmaster (no homo , lol) with a low speed.

try doing some mobility exercises that will release both the quad muscles and the calf muscles.. not hard to find if you know how to use google. most knee pain is related to muscle tightness and mobility issues

stairmaster's picture

Exactly Mrs. Kodiak! Look at me I walk like a zombie when I stand up for the first time in the morning to make breakfast for my two princesses, lol...

kodiakGRRL's picture

Lol.. I have patellar tracking issues I can still squat high volume and heavy if I make sure my quads and calves are where they are supposed to be rather than letting them be all tight and out of alignment ...
