200mcg...I'm a pussy. I was at 50mcg (not of this manufacturer) for 10 days than hit 75 and a 100 for about 8days.
Came back down between 50-75mcg but I was also using smaller (for me) of Taboo pre/post training meals.
Results in general for good IGF-1 LR3 are incredible and great to know another quality brand is available!
Right now I’m going with this being the best LR3 I’ve used. I’m on another brand at 300mcg per day and haven’t got quite the same effect. BG is also higher and so have had to put back in a bit of long acting taboo to keep this where it needs to be. I stop everything except trt test in 2 days and then it’s 8 weeks off and blood test to check lipids/liver before pushing test to just 250mg per week but adding GH, IGF-1 and a bit of taboo and possibly try the IGF-1/MGF/GH/Taboo protocol I’ve been talking about for ages. The whole point is to stay off big blasts and
17aa’s until March 2020 but see how much lean mass
I can add running a cyclical calorie/carb diet.

Just came off 10 days on another sources rIGF-1 at 900mcg per day split over 3 pins and onto Irionlion IGF-1 LR3 he kindly provided me to try. I’m running these at 200mcg split over 2 pins for 10 days before I’ll bw moving onto another labs LR3 at a similar or slightly higher dose. Kept solid and comparable pumps on the LR3 v the rIGF-1 today and had slightly lower BG levels compared. Will keep the SI posted and will review in full when done. Thanks again Ironlion for the opportunity to try these.

Hey guys. Have some grey tops coming from this source. 150iu per vial. I want to start at 2iu. Can anyone help with how much bac water goes into the vial and how much to draw for 2iu? Thanks
I just use 1.5ml that way 10units on an insulin syringe = 1iu GH. If you use 1ml it will be 7.5units on the insulin syringe = 1iu GH.

I go 1cc bac water per 10iu of gh in vial, so grey tops are 15iu per vial so 1.5 cc bac water then every 10 on slin pin is 1iu. 2 iu would be 20

Finally got to where I want to be with the orange tops. My cts got so bad I took a 2 week break then started up again @ .5 iu and am up to 5 iu ed and the cts has gone away completely.
