The Authorities found evidence of a sexual assault (Lacerations in her Vagina) according to the rape kit; I read and was led to believe that there was Physical harm done to this woman and if so, why was'nt Mr O arrested and charged with a Domestic Violence or some kind of assault charge?? WTF. Did the Utah District Attorney wait til DNA had a match with Shawn and this Complaining Witness???, why did the Authorities wait so long?? Especially being such a high profile case. So update on the situation, AMI headquarters responsible for the Olympia banned him from this and upcoming competitions but, Jim Manion (Owner of the IFBB) hasn't made any decision to ban Shawn from any future IFBB shows.. So technically he can compete in a Arnold but NOT the Olympia.

If there was really an assault when She complained and made a statement, if she made a statement, and being there was actual sexual assault evidence, then why not make an arrest when the assault happened. The DNA forensic labs are so backed up anyway, probably took this long to get the DNA match back in the database. Its fucki BS. If there was a rape which can be likely but likely not, regardless, if the indictment falls through ur the charges get dismissed, things can change dramatically for Shawn and for the better. Who really knows what happened. I do know for fact that Rape is a vicious, lowest of lowest crime, and shawn is Guulty until proven innocent, weather men do it or not, it.constitutes a healthy ass kicking in jail and on the streets.
