Lower back pumps

ad

Hey guys. Looking for a little insight. Ive been on 200mg test per week for 3 years (prescribed). For the the past 4 weeks added 350mg tren ace per week (50 mg ed.). This morning had to cut my deadlift workout short due to severe lower back pump. Ive never experienced this before. I couldn't even stand up straight for an hour. 2 questions: can this be attributed to the tren? And what if anything can I do to avoid or stop this from happening?

Low estrodial causes extreme back pumps for me. Nothing but getting my estro back above 30 will alleviate them. Dbol works great for me when this happens. But I have had them too with my estro in check and running drol, winny and yes Tren. High GH doses and/or using IGF-1 seems to make it more likely to get them. I’ve never managed to figure it out apart from when my estro is low. Taurine doesn’t do shit no matter how much I take. Stretching helps a bit but it’s no cure. I just have to work around them or cut compounds.

That's definitely a cause I've never considered. I usually chalk it up to use of an oral but a handful of times I've experienced them without an obvious cause. Thanks for sharing that.

I’ve never found taurine to be effective for preventing painful back pumps, personally. I wish I had the answer, because coincidentally, I tried inj. drol for the first time ever this morning and I’ve never experienced shoulder pumps this painful in my life. The only thing that alleviates it is elevating my arms over my head like I’m about to be handcuffed. Hard to elevate the lower back though, obviously. I don’t know. Sometimes we just have to grin and bear it and decide whether it’s worth it or not in the meantime

Stretching, stretching and more stretching. Yes, the Tren could be a possible cause. It is a muscle hardener!

Taurine, 2-3 grams a day. It is an amazing solution to the back pump issue. I’ve gone from unable to stand to working out again in a matter of hours.

Very interesting. I'm on deca. Do u think it would also help with forearm pump? I've been getting intense forearms pumps during my serious jui jitsu matches. Mostly from all the gripping.

I don’t have any experience with forearm pumps, but I imagine it would help. I used to get pumps in my neck and the taurine helped. You should report back if it does alleviate your forearm pump.

I’ve never used tren so I can’t answer that part, but you should go check the old forums for solutions to back pumps.... from hydration to stretching, you’ll find some good ideas on how to deal with it by using the hourglass up top
