Not planning to continue this forever, maybe 8 weeks in total.
Some say the pancreas takes less stress / can rest more when insulin is injected instead of produced by body?
I did this because I thought I had real hgh which I dosed pretty high. 15-20 iu a day. I wanted to get the most out of it and reach a new level but in the end I had to face the fact that my hgh is fake/bad batch whatever.
Ah fair enough for a short time I guess not so bad... I’ve only ever used it carb cycling at the end of a 7-14 day deplete , works magic for me then as the body is craving carbs and it packs it all in...

Honestly I feel small at 100 kg. My plan was to keep stable 110 kg during the summer and afterwards keep bulking up to 120kg. I want to try to get the most out of me without getting too fat.
