I ran 1 vial of the 100mg ace and it was great. Used it to kickstart my tren e blast and im makin gains left and right in the gym. Bench, hack squats everything has gone waay up. Put on some size too which tren ace is hard for me to do that but i think tren e is better for size.. just a thaught. I know its the same drug... waitin on my next batch of tren 400 to land today... gotta love the out for delivery update...

Hows the shoulder?
Its rough to be honest man shoulder and chest day arent the same right now
My reps on bench at 225 has went up alot. Nfl combine level. Not quite like some of them 300lb line man but for my weight pretty good. But i been takin it easy since you said you injured your shoulder... this tren has boosted my strenght alot but im just gonna increase reps and not push it too much.
Stay off the incline, bring your grip in. Do reverse grip bench.
If you dont you'll cut your longevity quick.
Trust me I'm old af...
StevebDude since my shoulder surgery I don't feel comfortable doing a lot of things. I tried reverse bench press and it just feels too uncomfortable. The best thing I've done for chest is weighted push ups. I load a big backpack with some plates and do push ups. It feels very good and it does not seem like I can reinjure it that way.
