+ 2 ?? Temporary False positive increased ALT, AST (Liver), cholesterol (Heart-LDL l, triglyceridesl) and Creatinine (Kidneys).
Off cycle blood numbers are always in normal range; considering at least 12 hours of fasting. Before using any AAS I ran bloods in 2011 and was using protein supplements and Kidney enzymes were a little high. I was told that high protein supps can increase kidney enzymes or creatinine (very high creatinine for long period of time can be a symptom of kidney disease). It's hard to pinpoint but throughout the years bloods show that everything was in range, Except when I'm on a cycle. I've ran approximately 4 blood work within 12 mostly Test/Deca and everytime same story and noticed more often than not everybody that has posted bloodwork has one of these three vital organs showed elevated enzymes. Moslty Cholesterol but these numbers in my case return to normal when off cycle. What is your opinion through experience. My question is, for example, if one smokes enough dope or destroyed enough brain cells through hard drug use, those cells are irreplaceable, but the liver and kidneys are resilient. Does these increased Liver and kidney enzymes permanently affected. Hard questions but important.

Mike Morris raw and honest. Must watch
Alphamale500I don't think it should be seen as a false positive. High AST, ALP or ALT levels can show that a lot of strain is being put on your liver, in the form of inflammation or damage to the cells in the liver. Depending how high they are or if they come back to normal range, or other factors can be a sign of liver damage.
And the more time your body has out of range lipid levels like cholesterol etc., the more time your body has the chance to develop clogged arteries and other cardiovascular disease or heart ailments. The liver is known to be resilient and regenerative. But just like you said, the more times that you put your liver and kidney values out of range(including cholesterol, ldl, hdl, triglycerides, creatinine), the more time you give your body to develop any conditions associated with them.
The best you can do is not to let these values get out of range in the first place, or at least try to minimize this by whatever means possible. Supplements like Milk Thistle extract and NAC are good at lowering liver enzymes and overall liver health. While plant sterols, Policosanol, trans-Resveratrol, omega-3 fatty acids/fish oil, CoQ10, soluble fiber and Grape Seed extract can be very beneficial for your lipids. Cranberry extract may help with kidney function. Phosphatidylcholine can be very good for all of the above.
Let's see what these numbers look like in a couple of weeks. I'm also jotting notes of these supplements that you listed including TUDCA I don't mess around with orals, just not worth it to me, and if all is well, this summer I may try a shorter cycle with short ester Test, maybe NPP. Just tired of seeing these numbers while on a ten or 12 week Test/Deca blast. I'm trying to not think that far but these supps are now a must. Thanks. Very helpful. I may not even mess with it for a long while. Let's see what the bloods and urine tell me.
Alphamale500I totally agree with you about using orals. I do use Anavar and T'bols sparingly, but I think I'm gonna stop using orals all together. Like you said, it's just not worth it!
Just wondering, do you eat a very clean diet with limited amounts of fats, saturated fats and sugar? I'm of course assuming you do but had to ask. And besides weight training, do you get in enough cardio? Believe it or not, if you consume a lot of fats with especially saturated fats and sugar, it can have a big impact on your liver enzymes. You can even develop a fatty liver(NAFLD).
Some people don't like to do much cardio exercise while in a calorie surplus, because they don't wanna burn a lot of calories. I don't agree with this at all! IMO, it's much better and healthier to get the benefits of cardio and just eat some extra calories, than to not get the health benefits of cardio.
I'm gonna send you a fr request, so if you ever have any questions about the supplements I mentioned or others.
I'll get back when I have more time but what I will say is that when off I eat what I can. I get in every meal possible at least 3 large meals but everytime I visit ma we will split a large pizza or so.e taco Bell probably eow. But the thing is, when off and with my careless eating, my blood has come back normal in the past. Maybe increased LDL or triglycerides...
I am much more careful when on cycle and don't eat for pleaselure. I'll go into detail later but being much more responsible with eating, my blood panel.comds out whacked. I guess this is why I asked this question or why I brought up the subject.
Fasting can affect creatinine and Bun values. Mine was elevated, Doc told me don't worry cuz it was a fasted blood test. Drink lots of filtered water. There are also "Kidney Flush" supplement formulas you can try. How good they are I can't say.
I definitely would not do heavy loads of creatine for long periods of time.
I told my doc weeks ago that I was on 500 mgs of Test E during week 7 or 8 of this last cycle, can't remember exactly. He does TRT too for clients. Kinda tripped on my 3000 elevated Test and told me to come off and drink alot of water because my creatinine was elevated. I'm 4, 5 or so weeks in my PCT and I'm sure these elevated numbers are back to normal as of today referring back to past experience. I'll run bloods in a couple of weeks and post. I can't find my last bloods to look at the numbers to compare. Will get a copy. Important to me and should help others hopefully my point here I'm trying to get too. I will post comparisons. Thanks yall
I dont think they are false.
Personally, I have changed results of both lipids and liver/kidney results using the right types of supplementation on cycle
Take drugs and your organs get taxed. Cram in foods and it worsens. We can just do our best to keep it from getting too bad and give them the right rest and recovery when needed.
Oh, Re: brain cells, they are realising now that neurogenisis can happen in adults, literally in the last year or so. This is gonna be a huge area of research over the next century
Neurogenesis according to Webster's Dictionary:
"The growth and development of nervous tissue." Neuro meaning Brain (mind) and Central Nervous System (Bodily function).???
Yep and neurons themselves being examples of nerve cells
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/29625071
I have the full pdf if interested
interestingly, this study makes me think that there is a serious case for psilocybin studies in the aging population, given what they say about plasticity and recent findings on the same.
Neurons being nerve cells while neurotransmitters being the pathway for let's say Endorphins, saratonin, endorphins? Yes, post it here if you can I will read it. This whole post is my life outside of my daily routine for now so I'm all about it. I e heard the term psilocybin, mushrooms or payote?
if you pm me an anon email address i can email it to you, too big to post
psilocybin from mushrooms or truffles yes
recent studies out of imperial college london, by carhat harris, showed massive changes, literally overnight in brain plasticity. for want of a better term, it cures TRD overnight.
https://www.imperial.ac.uk/people/r.carhart-harris
look at the 6 month follow up study, will have to scroll to find it, but it is a 2018 study
Thank you. Let me get through these that you posted here and let's go from there. I take my time and will be adding to this post later. Thank man. Serious stuff to me. And blessings to your upcoming hump bud. Blessings bro
False wasn't the right terminology, I'm looking for long term implications culminating from Temporary increased numbers from urine e or blood. If that makes sense. I don't know how else to put it. Diet and recovery is what I'm getting out of this. Logic says why chance cycling if these numbers are out of whack while off cycle for a long period of time. Common, we will see in a couple of weeks; I'll do urine and blood and will post here. if the numbers are out of whack which I know they aren't, then why push...i tend to abuse and I know better. Abuse or Addiction in my own words is "Continued use or misuse of a drug orand life altering substance/behavior that leads to negative consequences: physical or mental pathology, jails, institutional or death." Lol. Kinda just threw that one together.
Temporary.... you nailed it with that word
;-)
I agree. It's not good to stay on cycle to long.
People forget what cycle means...most of us are either OCD or have addiction problems.
I think off cycle would be a great forum...
Good point. Let's see how things are in a couple of months. I'm not stressing. I was a bit worried about spiked Cortisol, knowing that it's the gains killer. We will see in 2 weeks. I went from 189 to 214 with gym clothes now 206, leaned out after 5 weeks I believe, need to look at my calendar, I'm still on 50/20 and just dropped 6 mg aroma, now into 1 Week of 4 mk2866 and GW which I can really feel
Nailed it again. Main reason I'm so happy this PCT is working. I'mma post hear later. Absolutely no temptation. I feel good about myself today which only happens while on cycle. Im in recovery, been on and off for a long time. Right on
Bodybuilding is to hard for a sane person.
Seriously wtf carrys food around everywhere they go and plans cycles around Drs appts?
Me and I dont even compete. I've spent my whole life trying to look like a dude I saw in a rerun back in the 70s.
Lolol. Right. Hardest thing to do is to put down 5000, 7000 quality calories.
OCD + addiction problems lol (*And the rest!!!)
Thats a great idea actually Sam. I started a little thread on optimising natural test, would be at home in a forum like that.
You should mention that to the lads. I am sure people could add all sorts of nice wisdom to that!
Actually I was giving you a hint..
HAHAHAHA lazy bastad!
Lol. I like your posts. Mine suck...plus I'm on the needle for life.
These young guys need this info.
I know nothing of TRT or HRT. I would think same goes for all. Clean diet, exercise, lots of knowledge always
Achilles412As usual Spot on response. How’s the ticker by the way my guy?
Whats up big man, thanks for asking!
Results from the xray due in this Thursday, so will know re: hypertrophy then. EKG to be arranged after that.
Am a little worried, but hopefully young enough to put a decent plan in place if there is damage!
I will let you know the details for sure!
Prayers. Everything is always ok.
Achilles412For sure brother! pm me the results we can chat. I have VERY slight LVH it’s why I stopped BB so I got some info I’d love to share w you. Good luck but do not worry at all if it’s reality you nail down the issue causing it and tackle it LVH can be reversed. You got this homeslice
The subject is important. I think the matter goes with everything. No matter waht, it's just best to always let the body recover from no matter what I'm putting in my body. I'm not going I to detail here but these facts are just facts. I think diet is a key matter what
Absolutely.
Bloods are great for diagnosis too.
Actually, you might find this interesting, but as an tangental form of diagnosis....
a fella came on here recently, posted his mega cycle, asking for cosigners. Well spoken, thought out cycle, said the right things... promised his ""diet is on point, ready to bulk blah blah blah".....
I asked for bloods which he posted.
First thing to stand out to me was that his BUN and Creatinine were quite low, low end of the range. normal.
Told me he 1) does absolutely not eat a BB'er level of protein, or a bulk diet level of protein, and 2) he absolutely does not lift weights with high intensity. The level of protein released into the bloods proved this without doubt.
Said it to him, he admitted it, but again.... "blah blah I swear I am ready blah blah."
Nope, no cycle needed at this moment in time!
Egfr tests is not a good test for bodybuilders. Your avg dr thinks it is but the e stands for estimated.
A 24 hour urine test is the only way to find out.
My egfr is in the 40s but urine test is always on the money.
High protein, intense workouts and creatine can effect that test.
Estimated glomerular filtration rate. Nice. Just googled it. I'm on it. Thank you.
Achilles412Hate to admit it but my good friend Sam I am nailed it.
That's because I've made every fuck up there is to make.
This kind of info wasnt available when I started useing. That's why I give alot of these new kids a hard time.
The age of information, an encyclopedia of gear written by thousands of men and it holds no value to many. It's a lack of brain cells like our friend above just pointed out.
I'm planning on running a quick cycle before my next colonoscopy so I've also lost a few somewhere.
Achilles412Sad thing is you got a few years on me and I tucked up probably just as much it’s pathetic I just never cared man. Now I have two kids and really care. But thanks for the info brother I and I’m sure many others. appreciate it
You know, I make big mistakes regarding my own self, mind and body, but the crazy thing is that I know better. I'm an absolute basket case but very competent. Lol.
Then 24 hour blood tests I would believe says it all. Police use it to nail those whom are possible DUI. Makes sense
It's a urine test not blood. It's best to get it done before ruling out your blood test.
Oh gotcha. A couple weeks ago I went to docs for a shoulder x-ray and I had mentioned something about the increased numbers, to a nurse, and he asked me if I wanted to do a urine analysis to check liver and kidneys enzymes, for starters. I should have done it then. Next week. Thanks
That's the answer I am looking for. Makes all the sense.U mentioned earlier in your post cutting out fatty foods. I get in every meal that I can. Grabbed a CRAVE box from Taco Bell with a chalopa over the weekend so there goes the LDL or increased griglycerides. I'll Fry foods from time to to time when just trying to get that meal in. That's another issue. Thanks man. U nailed it
