This will be my third cycle by the numbers, first cycle of 2019. I'm posting this log a few months early to get feedback and be critiqued , so I can make changes and improvements. My goal is to be a little over 220lb at the end of this cycle, so that when its all said and done pct in the bag, hopfully I can maintain a solid 218-20lb off cycle.
I'm gonna do my blood work through privatemedlabs this time, I usually go through the v.a. but they recently changed my provider, unfortunately him and I are not on the same page.
Diet : a solid 4200cal a day every day
Breakfast: Greek yogurt 1 cup, 5 eggs yellows included , oatmeal 1cup.
lunch: Chicken breast, white rice, assorted vegetables all cooked with olive oil and chicken broth
mid eve meal: Chicken breast, white rice, assorted vegetables all cooked with olive oil and chicken broth
dinner: Red meat or Fish, white rice or potatoes or pasta, assorted vegetables
Post work out shake: Hydro isolate whey mixed with warm water.
Meal replacement shake if needed: 1.5cup of 2% milk, 2 scoops of whey, 1/2 cup oatmeal in warm water, 2tbsp coconut oil.
I have pharm grade letro on hand just in case, PCT will follow, HCG 1000iu e3d , Nolva and Clomid I have stocked .
Gym schedule:
Mon: Chest/ triceps
tues: Back / Biceps
weds: Shoulders
thurs: Legs/ cardio
Fri: BodyWeight Exercises/ cardio
Rest weekends
The over all price of the cycle.

drol does the same thing to me. After a week my BP skyrockets, headaches, no appetite, and general feeling like shit. My drol pulses are 10-14 days MAX. About all i can handle.
I've run both 50 and 100mg per day, either makes me feel the same. I can tolerate the weird cranial type headaches that come and go its the total weakness & lethargic feeling I get off it. I virtually feel like I have no CNS on it lol Tried the best brands out there too. I keep wondering if its this strange oestrogen spike it builds that no one can really explain the best way to get rid of. Great appetite on it though...

i have the same issue as you with the pills...,wonder if the inject would make a difference.
I got the injectable version but didn't realise it is in Guaicol man so have never pinned it - It had crashed in transit also from abroad during the winter so big crystals floating around in it. Lovely stuff...
I ran quite a few oral only cycles in the military, I was getting advice from people who at the time seemed like superheros, but you live and you learn bro.
I ran dbol once it just does not agree with me, my face looked like i'd been swarmed by killer beas, adrol I ran once 4week oral only I responded very well some lethargy but not as bad as with superdrol . superdrol I ran once and loved it but near the 3rd week it took all the energy I had to make it to the gym, which is a shame because that is a hell of a compound.
Though to really answer your question bro, no I'v never ran adrol in this fashion.
kind of confused if you are bulking or cutting here. You say lean cycle but your goal is to put on another 10-12 lbs.
Bulking mainly bro, . If it goes the way i'm planning i'll drop the test prop taper and just run the mast prop to flush the subq water and enter the EBC If not ill just take my gains and wait for the next EBC.
To answer your question though , this is a bulk or lean bulk if you will. .

not yet, I'm saving tren for a later cycle, matter of fact I haven't ran a 19nor at all yet.
But I will eventually run that seductive bitch.
For all round feel good factor, bulk and strength NPP is the one to go for
