+ 3 Slow and Steady Winter Mass Cycle

I'm going to start this cycle in the winter , but I always like to draw them up a bit early for critique and modifications.

I'm looking for Mass out of this cycle I've been sitting at 204lb to 205lb for some time and its holding steady with out any Gear usage . I'm after 225lb at the end of this cycle, Starting in October and ending in March so I'm thinking about a five month cycle .

My diet will be simple enough :

5 meals a day every day which is not easy for me I do not like force feeding but it's time to get to my goal, Which is to be sitting at 225lb in the winter and 215lb in the summer I've noticed once I get my frame used to the weight keeping it on is no trouble it's just getting it there.

I'm not looking forward to paying for all that HGH and Food but results are not free , I've got some Bold Cyp I'm gonna run in the Beginning and of course a Pharma AI just in case but honestly I don't always need it.

Just a quick update .

I had to cancel this cycle , between work , Family and this damn Virus .

I simply do not have the time or money.

I get better results from 50mg daily of Proviron.

With EQ some people recommend doubling your EQ the first couple of injections to act as a front load, So instead of doing that I will run the Bold Cyp untill the EQ kicks then I will drop it the Bold cyp .

EQ has about an 18 day half/life and it takes about 30 days to really kick , The BoldCyp will kick in half that time.

Yet to run Bold Cyp but a gym buddy of mine tried it and said he got bad anxiety. I have heard of members hear saying EQ gave them anxiety as well. EQ I was fine with.
Do you have that issue with either?

I do well with Bold Cyp, And EQ no anxiety I also love some DHB when I can find some decent quality , but I don't really get the increase in appetite either .

I do well with all three of those .

I would also say that try NPP too, I personally like a 19nor and its better than deca and tren. Also I agree with press1, the dbol of 6 weeks only worked for my if it was a low dose like 10-20mg pre workout, other than that I stuck to 4 weeks and maybe 30mg throughout the day, tried not to go too high or it would kill my appetite. You could also kill two birds with one stone and run tbol as your oral and it would also raise your free test too.

I am actually close to your size and my coach has me on 6 meals a day and 1 shake at a macro breakdown of Protein 276G Carbs 703G and Fat 69G, I am up 8 pounds in the first month on this diet, works great.

A lot of guys run E.Q and Deca together to gain some good mass, I'd stick some Deca in there also if you tolerate it okay mate.

Other than that, weeks 1 to 6 Dbol .....

I've ran NPP a few times I like it to kick start a cycle , I had some Nando Propionate once a few years ago it was probably my favorite inject-able but it's like extinct now.

But I may try it ill run it at around 400mg wk keep it low since I've never actually ran Deca , My EQ I'm actually gonna be injecting once every 10 days so the Deca would make since on a 7 day rotation if I decide to run it.

Other than that, weeks 1 to 6 Dbol .....

I don’t necessarily recommend gh on bulks. It can help but it will also rev up your metabolism which means you’re gonna have to eat even more to get the same gains than you would if you weren’t on gh.

If you decide you want to run it anyway, I’d do more of a gh blast type protocol than the one you’re proposing. Something like 10 units 3 times a week, maybe 5 units pre/5 units post workout, try all ten preworkout, and try all ten post workout and see how you like to break it up. This is going to help with insulin sensitivity as well since the pancreas can recover on the 4 days you aren’t taking growth.

My own protocol is 5 on waking with lots of carbs and related peptides and another 5 post workout with the same carbs and such.

I don't tolerate HGH that well if I use it during the day , I know your supposed to spread it out because of the short half/life but I run it exclusively before bed.

But I think I will try the blast type protocol becuse i do worry about the insulin sensitivity though I never run it more than 5iu's so we'll see.
