Cottage cheese chocolate banana pudding the midnight delight
I posted a cottage cheese pudding recipe awhile back this is my new and improved pudding recipe.
Items needed
2 packages sugar free fat free chocolate pudding mix
2 of the largest containers of cottage cheese( I use one fat free and one 1% milk fat)
2 bananas
Stevia
Milk ( I use Fairlife 1%) - about 3-4 cups in total
1 and a 1/2 scoop Whey protein powder
Blender
Stand mixer- optional
2-3 tablespoons Powdered peanut butter or real peanut butter
I use a stand mixer because my blender sucks so I mix it all up in the stand mixer and add a little bit at a time to the blender but if you have a nice blender you could easily just dump it all into blender
Directions
Add 2 cups milk in the bowl of mixer. Add in 1 and 1/2 packages of pudding mix, cottage cheese, bananas, 1 1/2 scoops protein powder and about 3 large spoonfuls of stevia and peanut butter and mix together in mixer. I add a little milk to the blender and fill half way with mixture and blend until it’s at a pudding consistency and continue until all mixture is blended. I like the pudding to be a really thin consistency so It’s easier to eat large amounts of it so if it turns out to thick just add more milk.
It really does taste just like chocolate banana pudding and is the only way I can eat cottage cheese. Makes about 4 servings

I have say this is pretty creative. Not sure about it but I feel I have to try it. I'll let u know.. lol
I thought it sounded weird at first too bro but I had a bunch of cottage cheese that I wasn’t eating so I said what the hell. I think it tastes just like chocolate banana pudding
2 of the largest containers of cottage cheese?
The ones i buy are 5 pounds a piece.
Care to give a size in ounces for this recipe
Never seen the 5lbs the ones I am talking about are 24oz. I should have specified
Yeah i only shop at Sam's club. So every thing is bigger.
Thanks for the clarification
I go to sams too but I’ve never seen the big cottage cheese containers. I’ll have to look next time I’m there because I’m going through about 5lbs a week right now
While I know this goes against the old school mentality where many utlized cottage cheese as a protein source. But in my humble opinion, no cheese nor dairy product for matter is something I would consider an ideal bodybuilding food. Dairy products usage has never been associated with extra leanness.
Personally I tend to avoid stevia and any other "sugar free products" as I just do not beleive that are optimum.
Also anything that comes out of prepackaged box (like your pudding packs) I tend to avoid.
Pound for pound, in the time it takes to make this one could simply have consumed 6 egg whites topped with a sliced avocado and been done in half the time with a better nutrition profile.
Thank you for posting by the way. The discussion is always helpful
No dairy....
Have you ever seen how big a baby cow gets?
How many ripped baby cows with sub 5% bodyfat have you ever seen?
How many pro bodybuilders walk around at 5 percent off season? Caesins the best protein before bed imo..
Btw I totally agreed with you on your prop comment a couple days ago...
StevebIs this a joke?
It's passive aggressive.
I think he's on a tren cycle. He's been a little amped these last few days.
StevebFor one newborn offspring have practically no testosterone and their testicles haven't dropped. Unless you're Polynesian you will not be too strong until you become an adult.
You must be stoned right now.
How many ripped baby humans with sub 5% body fat have you ever seen?
The question was, "Have you ever seen how big a baby cow (will) get?" (future tense)
X2.
The guys that are afraid of carbs, calories and fats are the ones that are never gonna grow.
A person can only eat so many eggs but an avocado would be tasty on eggs never tried that. I eat a lot of triple zero Greek yogurt fat free low calorie, low sugar and tons of fiber. I could definitely be better on not eating packaged and processed foods. I’ve been eating the same diet for about a month now so I threw this together to switch it up. It turned out really well but I’m more concerned about the sodium content the the fat content of this recipe
It is not so much the fat content but the types of fats that are critical. As for sodium intake , unless you are a few days out from a contest I usually do not worry about restricting sodium.
I agree that there are only so many eggs a person can eat. Likewise with the good ole trusty can of tuna routine. However they work.
That being said there are literally so many different cuts and varieties of lean protein out there. Do not limit yourself to egg whites , tuna, and chix breasts. Lean beef is crucial. A lean pork tenderloin is a nice change as well. Also search out game meats and wild fish as they are the best protein sources by far. A lean cut of bison for example contains less fat and cholesterol than chix breasts.
Also the best weapon in the kitchen for a bodybuilder is a well stocked spice cabinet. The monotony of eating so much of similiar foods can be overwhelming. I advocate every trip to the supermarket picking up some new spices and salt free spice blends. In no time you will be fully stocked and ready to literally "spice things up" with great salt free flavors. . No need for added salt for temendous flavor. In fact , I will put a forum post discussing this in more detail as well. Good luck to you.
Can we eat eggs two times aday. Say breakfast and again before bed
Of course, one can eat eggs multiple times a day. There are a tremendous sources of easily digestable protein.
You can even buy pasturized egg whites in the supermarket and in bulk. I know many people who simply down a cup of pasturized egg whites before bed in liue of a whey shake. The texture can be off putting but it literally takes less than a minute to gulp down REAL whole foods. However I would not advocate trying the ole Rocky Balboa style of raw eggs from the shell due to potential salmonilla risk.
The only thing to watch out for when consuming large quantities of eggs is the potential for explosive farts. But that varies from person to person. As bodybuilders we are all used to that by now.
Thankyou for your reply. Gona try the liquid egg whites in my shake soon
StevebDoesn't sound good, stevia and chocolate cottage cheese.
PallMallLmao
It sounds like it would taste weird but it tastes and looks just like regular chocolate pudding
StevebStevia tastes grimey. This sounds like the stuff they fed to RoboCop.
