Although as many will know - Even though Stan Efferding is mainly from a Powerlifting background, this brilliant video from a seminar which he spoke at is just as much geared towards Bodybuilding also. Just listening to 20 minutes of this at any point in the video will give you more muscle building and fat loss knowledge than anything else I have ever come across. I realise some may have have already seen this but I am sure there are still many that haven't that can learn a great deal from it.
Even after watching it you'll still need to view it another 5 times to fully absorb all the info and tips he gives, plenty of truly brilliant advice I've never heard before

Cheers Kibby - great to know I've helped you out
Hope things are looking a little better for you now mate.
Thanks man........I'm getting there bro ;)
wow dude lays it out in a very understandable way.
what he goes into about sodium was all basically new to me.
good stuff +1
It's great to just sit back and listen to isn't it, then you get all excited about trying out something he suggests to see if it makes a difference at all Lol Plus he's in Awesome f'in shape for a 51yr old - half the time I'm just watching him thinking how cool does he make a hoody look Hahaha
for 51yr dude is rock solid.
I don't like to just believe what I here with out looking into it myself, but he sites almost everything he says with phd or M.D write ups. And everything he puts out makes perfect since when I mix it in with what I already know myself.
I am making changes to my routine immediately.
Any guy that personally trains Thor and Larry Wheels is good enough for me mate, they go and stay with him for months at a time at his house in Vegas - He set a world record total for all 3 lifts at 49 yrs old too. In fact he's actually a Multi-millionaire now mainly due to his training and nutritional knowledge of the sport.
PcushionYour the man brother.
StevebThanks
