Not sure if this is right place to ask, but someone know was going to order from a source and didn’t know if he should use real name or address. Is that safe?

I would use real details, bet local authorities are busy dealing with more important things than tracking you and your parcel
Who_CaresI have sent it to a neighbors house and watch for the mailman and once it’s delivered I go over and tell them my package was delivered to the wrong address. Example if my address is 51 main st I send to 61 main st.

So you have to think about which is the smaller evil for you. To minimise the risk of customs, order domestically. However, buying gear online is risky. If it's all not fitting for you, you have to buy from your local dealer ;)
Ive always found that if i use the local sheriffs office the packages arrive well. Sometimes they will hand deliver them to me. Other times they call me down to the station to pick them up, and i even get to hang out with them for 30-60 days.. not bad huh
