Switching esters question
ad
I understand how to switch from a longer ester Test E/C to a short Test P in a cycle, but I've heard a lot of people will start with a short ester to kick-start a cycle instead of using orals, and then taper into the longer esters.
I was wondering if someone could explain the logic and math behind how you would do this using an example of 500mg per week.
Thanks in advanced.

I run both at the same time and I found that works really well for me
RustyhookerIts fully explained in Groups....First cycles explained.
There's no taper into a long ester.
Sorry I'm at work posting on the cell phone, could you provide a link to where it's explained for further reading?
Thanks
RustyhookerIm driving.... community....groups...first cycles explained. The breakdown is there with replies. It will help you a ton.
And not being a dick but if you dont eat right, and lift til wiped out you wont grow. Gear is just a repair enhancer.
basskiller89lol I can't not laugh after "Im driving"
RustyhookerFreeway reading. Lol
No problem, wasn't for now anyway, just trying to understand the science behind it for potential future cycles.
EDIT: Found it begun reading, thanks for pointing me in the right direction.
RustyhookerHigh five sir!
You were right about food. I was too concerned with getting fat in my last cycles. Up to 4200 daily minimum. Sitting at a solid 207 now. Updated picture. On week 11 right now.
RustyhookerWoo hoo!!! So glad to read this!! Whole new world for you now bro.
I'm not experienced but i'm good at math, when you bridge from a long ester to a short one, the long ester is already built in your system so when you wait the short one to build up you're "covered" by the long ester cleaning from your system (you use 1 compound per time, not both together usually); to kick start with a short ester you have to use it alongside with the long ester, so while the long ester is building up in your system, the short one has already done it. That's the logic behind it, it sounds amazing on paper but i've read different ideas about kick starting a cycle, you can find more info searching on the forum.
I understand that part. But how do you go from doing say Test P @ 150 EOD to Test E/C 250mg 2x a week and keeping your levels around the same?
I can't give you the exact #, try to find a balance using steroidcalc.com
Heaze2016The logic of using a short ester like test p to kickstart,is to build up the test in your blood faster, giving you stable levels right off the bat. The math is user dependant you could do 150 mg test p eod,or 100mg eod really up to you higher or lower. I prefer this method over oral kickstart as I love the kickstart and feeling test p gives me.

150 mg test prop is a little much. If it's your first time using prop as a kicker I'd start with 50-100 mg EOD. Less oil that way.
Wouldn't 150 EOD put me at 583 weekly? And then just drop to the 500 range when the E/C kicks in?
Plug the info in and see where it gets you. I just know from my personal experience 100 mg is plenty.

Heaze2016It works exactly how you stated it, for example
test p 150mg eod weeks 1-4
test e 500mg a week weeks 1-12
RustyhookerNo its not.... mg per ml reference....
For me 100mg eod test p week 1-4 is good
In the same time 500mg split in two shots a week of test e.
Oh, okay so I am actually taking the Test E/C from the beginning and I'm just ceasing to take the Test P once the E/C would start by the 4th week.
I was under the assumption you had to slowly go down in Test P while slowly going up in Test E?
Heaze2016Nope you dont have to taper off, just adjust the numbers to fit exactly what you want. I'am sure a few vets will chime in with better examples.
