3rd Cycle After 16 Months Natural

ad

Thinking about doing a 3rd cycle using the same thing I did on my 3rd (first being just Test E)

30
5'11
192 lbs
14-16% BMI

Cycle A:
Test E 18 weeks @ 500mg
EQ 14 weeks @ 500mg

or \

Cycle B:
Test E 12 weeks @ 500mg
Deca durabolin 10 weeks @ 400mg
Dianabol 30mg daily for the first 6 weeks

Usually run arimidex 0.5mg during EOD and 4 weeks of pct with clomid and nolva

Friend suggested some SARMS such gw501516 during the cycle, and mk2866 with pct but doing more research into that now.

Thoughts?

picholas's picture

The picture is of me as of less than a week ago, and my age is 29.
Not giving my exact birthday but I'll be 30 by the time I start my next cycle.
2 year ago and change I ran my first cycle of just test.
After finishing my PCT about 6 months later I ran the test + eq cycle I mentioned.
Since then another 16 months have passed where I haven't been on anything at all.

Not sure what the confusion is here?

picholas's picture

What would you suggest or change? There are 2 different cycles mentioned.

Test E + EQ

or

Test E + Deca + 6 week dianabol oral kick start

picholas's picture

Daily Totals:
Calories: 4000-4500
Protein: 320-350
Carb: 250-310
Fat: 125-160

Not sure why you are suggesting only Test...responded well to Test + EQ for my 2nd cycle, was thinking about just doing that again but was open to suggestions.

Appreciate your feedback but not looking to do just Test so if we can build from there would be nice.

picholas's picture

Don't need a cosigner as nothing is purchased or set in stone. I am just seeking helpful and constructive criticism, again I am here to learn and grow. Now below your comment I am told my macros look good for putting on size, what is your problem with the proposed layout spread out through 6 meals daily?

picholas's picture

Protein and Carbs are 4 calories per gram and fat is 9 calories per gram.

So 3400 minimum and 4080 max would be the exact math. I eat less on my rest days. Correcting myself and say:
Calories: 3400-4080
Protein: 320-350 (1280-1400)
Carb: 250-310 (1000-1240)
Fat: 125-160 (1125-1440)

That's what I am eating now, would obviously increase on a cycle. Not going to use all that gear decided you were right and I was just overly eager to get back in it so sticking with Test E + EQ.

If you have any suggestions to tweak my meal plan would be much obliged.

Cheers!

picholas's picture

If I knew it all I wouldn't have posted here asking for constructive criticism nor would I be taking people's advice. I am clearly trying to put on some more size. No excuses, and again don't need a co-sign. Again realize everyone isn't so friendly on the internet but research and other people's advice/opinion is how you learn.

Aside from your snarky attitude and sardonic underlying tone, you do appear to know what you are talking about which is why I am continuing to engage you at this point. Maybe you're 10+ cycles in at this point but everyone starts somewhere. Especially online you encounter a lot of conflicting messages, so I am doing my best to discern what is beneficial and helpful and what is not.

From the calculator you provided and my information

You need 3,196 Calories/day to maintain your weight.
3,196
You need 2,696 Calories/day to lose 1 lb per week.
2,696
You need 2,196 Calories/day to lose 2 lb per week.
2,196
You need 3,696 Calories/day to gain 1 lb per week.
3,696
You need 4,196 Calories/day to gain 2 lb per week.

Like I said, on off days I eat less. But generally I am well above 3800

How is that maintenance if I am consistently between 3400-4100?

Look you can know your stuff, which I am admitting that you do, and still act like a sarcastic jerk, which you are. There's no correlation. Again as I have stated in almost every post, I do not know everything, I am here to learn and grow. I am not a scientist I don't pretend to know all the internal workings and mechanisms of the human body and I can't exactly go to a doctor for this stuff, so everything I know is from word of mouth and my own research.

There is a lot of conflicting and confusing information out there, so I am being proactive and seeking out the opinions of experienced users to further my knowledge and understanding. This is the first forum I am joining and first time I am getting information outside the few people in my gym who have some knowledge of this area and are willing to share.

It's a lot more than $80 to just jump in a go. For 16 weeks. Would more than one bottle of test and eq. Plus the arimidex, and the PCT.

I know my genetics. I also have Hashimoto's disease so my thyroid is out of wack it constantly can switch between hypothyroid and hyperthyroid. I didn't hit puberty until I was 17. I am not hitting 220 lbs naturally. I am not looking to "jump in" anything. Like I said trying to get constructive criticism. You can down-vote me or whatever for being real and not knowing everything if it makes you happy and slap on whatever unnecessary unhelpful opinions you have of me. So you can keep on doing what you're doing, or you can help.

Same results, try it yourself. Or keep downvoting me I really don't care about that

I see an endocrinologist for the past 11 years, diets didn't work even tried keto, take levothyroxine 25 mcg.

Feingold is just an elimination diet, Specific Carbohydrate Diet is just used to treat some of the gastrointestinal symptoms that can occur from hashimotos, same with GAPS, Paleo is just keto with more carbs and less fat, I am already soy free, make my own mayonnaise and everything. Dairy free is just for symptoms again more of a comfort thing. low-FODMAPs Diet same as previous, the Body Ecology Diet I am all about probiotics this actually helped, and as for the Body Ecology Diet my endo said take aminos and drink a gatorade. Juicing is okay but does little to nothing with hashimotos.

You can drop the Eddie Murphy jokes. Not suddenly, have had it for almost 2 decades now, or at least that is when it was diagnosed. I wasn't aware I had to share my personal medical history with everyone here to get constructive criticism. Also I am allergic to most tree nuts, and 2 antibiotics, I like long walks on the beach, and people who actually give real useful information free of sardonic underlying tones.

Give it a try. Lower my karma more. Do whatever you like. But don't assume to know me.

Dacky's picture

4200 calories per day minimum on cycle to bulk for you. This will need to be adjusted up as your weight goes up. Your macros are all wrong. Way too much protein. You need to drop this to 220g, Fats at 100g and the rest carbs. This is how you grow and use a cycle of AAS to the fullest effect. Yes you may get a bit fat but if you really want to put on mass and grow to ultimately develop that full effect when cut this is how.

Simple test cycle with provi at 50mg split ED and if you want to try something “new” try pulse anadrol at 50mg ED split dose two weeks on two weeks off for the duration and remember liver support (TUDCA).

picholas's picture

Calories: 4200-4470
Protein: 200-220 (800-880)
Carb: 625-650(2500-2600)
Fat: 100-110 (900-990)

How would this sound?

As for running an oral with test, what is the benefit to running it off and on the whole cycle as opposed to just the first 6 weeks?

Thanks for your help thus far!

Dacky's picture

That’s looks spot on in terms of macros.

For most orals you just run 4 to 6 weeks at the start of end of the cycle but drol specifically tends to have diminishing gains after about 2 weeks. So running is on and off stops this problem and maximises the gains and allows you to run it for the whole cycle without screwing the pooch with your liver - provided you run TUDCA alongside of course.

I do still think you need to explore your condition with some others on here with similar issues before you continue pumping aas into your body. Perhaps a new forum post asking for input would be worthwhile.

What’s your blood work (full panel plus hormones) like by the way.

picholas's picture

I couldn't find the one with hormones, I'll get it checked later this month. Here are my 2 most current blood works.

Most current:

Prior Year:
https://i.imgur.com/MUZNZm2.png

Thoughts?

Dacky's picture

Yes let’s see the one with the hormones. Do you drink alcohol? Previous years triglycerides are very high better this year but still higher than I would expect.

picholas's picture

I drink maybe once every 2 months. Holidays, social events, family outings, etc. But I am in all honesty a light weight and it doesn't take more than 3-4 drinks to do me dirty.

Yes, they told me it was due to my intake of mainly fructose. I had just got over being sick, I think you can see slightly elevated WBC and lymphocytes, and the calcium oxalate crystals. Passed a small kidney stone and had a minor infection. Was drinking a lot of cranberry juice to help. They knew I wasn't fasting so they told me not to worry about it.

The more recent test I was fasting, but it's still a bit high is probably because I love orange juice lol

I'll post it up as soon as I get my blood done again

picholas's picture

From what I've garnered thus far, once you are managing the condition and getting your blood taken and monitored and your TSH, T3, T4 levels are all in range you can take AAS just like everyone else. Let me see if I can find the most recent blood work results when I get home from work.

KMC's picture

take levothyroxine 25 mcg.

I know people that are taking over 200mcg of T4.

Myself, over 280mg of pork based desiccated thyroid a fucking day.

25mcg ???? You have a very mild case.

My endo said it's just not very advanced, but will only get worse as I get older.

The Impastable's picture

Did he only test for TSH?

picholas's picture

Not initially. He did a blood test to confirm the presence of antibodies against thyroid peroxidase (TPO antibodies)

Looking for the original test before I started my medication that shows my out of normal ranges. Will update as soon as I have them.

The Impastable's picture

So he tested for tsh and then for the antibodies, but what about the t4 tests (t4, ft4, rt4) and t3 tests?

picholas's picture

I'm getting it faxed over, will update with test results.

The Impastable's picture

My wife has hashi’s and she’s on 180 per day. She’s a lot better than she was before the diagnosis, but still not perfect and it’s always about trying to dial it in a bit more with her. It’s a bit difficult given that her endos she’s been to each have a different approach and what not... also interesting that none of them ever check her T3 levels which is really the only thing that matters.

I’m assuming you’re on armour?

KMC's picture

Yes , Armour.

I don't know of anybody that feels normal that is on thyroid meds. I can go all day on my meds and feel normal, then I feel like I run into a wall. No energy, dragging an anchor, and my brain starts to shut down, like becoming a zombie. It becomes a real struggle just to get up the stairs to bed, then a fight to get to sleep. The time frame from normal to wiped out,..... Less than 3 minutes.

picholas's picture

My body hasn't begun to attack my thyroid too much according to my endo so he has me on a small dose. I see him every 3-6 months with bloodwork and it's holding me so far.

My grandfather and mother both have graves disease and they're well over 150mcg, it will continue to deteriorate as I get older.

picholas's picture

If you would like I can easily post my bloodwork and show you my T3, T4, and TSH levels. Look I have nothing to gain from lying about having this disease, wish I didn't but I do. So I would like to try and push pass this to develop a physique I can be proud of and comfortable in. Not sure why you're so hateful and negative to someone seeking help.

Post them up. Remember to remove any personal info.

How is that helpful?

picholas's picture

Fair enough, I think I will run the Test + EQ again actually after your guys feedback. I really liked how I felt after the 8th week last time from EQ.

Still getting my feet wet here so open to all suggestions. Thanks for explaining, I am fine adjusting my plan as needed, I just like to understand the reason why behind the advice I get Smile

Again, not once did I ask for a "cosigner" as you keep saying, just advice and constructive criticism. If you get your rocks off being sarcastic to people still learning and seeking advice/help by all means have fun at my expense.

picholas's picture

I'll be 30 by the time I start the cycle, was just factoring that in

Eagles 2013's picture

Hey man, yeah save the SARMs for when you are off if you have already bought them, or save yourself the money and don't buy them at all if you haven't. I saw below where you were asking how long you should run EQ- just research the substance, the ester and successful cycle logs for yourself. Nobody here is going to tell you exactly how long to use something. It's not because we are dicks, but because this is a safety first site and the most critical aspect to being able to run AAS safety and properly is the ability to do your own research.

A few things I will tell you:

-Before I started TRT, Deca was the hardest substance for me to recover from. Make sure your PCT is very solid. I advise researching "PCT for advanced cycle", "Advanced PCT" and "HCG while on Cycle", amending your proposed PCT based on your research and posting it up here for review.

-It seems that you are wanting to keep the length of this cycle to less than 20 weeks, which is very reasonable. Maybe look into running NPP instead of Deca. You could knock almost 4 weeks off of cycle duration while still having the same amount of time with peak levels of the hormone. It will clear quicker too.

  • If you use NPP over Deca make sure you kick start with test prop of perhaps change from Test-E to M/W/F Sust injections. This is because the NPP will shut your HPTA down before the Test-E fully kicks in and you will feel like asshole.

-I have never used EQ so I don't have much to say about it other than the ester is longer than Deca's and you will need to donate blood before you start and at every time you are eligible while on due to it's amazing job of boosting red blood cell production.

Good luck and keep us posted

picholas's picture

No need to explain, totally understand. As for asking the length for EQ I was just curious what other's thought. I really didn't "feel it" last time until about week 8.

PCT is as followed:

4 weeks
clomid 50/50/25/25
nolva 40/20/20/20
with
aromasin 12.5 mg eod

I never really had an issues with my testes/LH levels so I never have used hCG during a cycle.

I was considering Primo or NPP instead of Deca but my close friend who is a professional body builder swears with the way I responded to just test and then the test + eq cycle that I would have fantastic results with deca.

Question:
If I ran test e for 2 weeks solo before starting NPP would that work instead of using test p to start or test sust?

(not sure how I feel about running a 4 test combo vs a single ester)

EDIT: Can't upvote yet, but know I would if I could -- thanks thus far!

Eagles 2013's picture

No worries. In theory, yeah you could just start the Test-E early, but you won't know your exact levels at week 2, it would be more of just an estimate based on how much would have been released from the volume injected. I prefer to just kick start with prop to know exactly where I'm at.

I am going to double down on the HCG though. You see pretty educated on AAS use, but 19-nor's are at a whole different level when it comes to shutdown and re-start. If you do decide to use Deca of NPP, at least buy some and have it on hand in case your planned PCT doesn't get you fully re-start Ed. Much better to have it and not need it then the other way around.
