I cannot believe it has been 5 years already. It has been one of the best choices I ever made and thank you to all you dudes that have befriended over the years. Even if we never actually physically meet I am glad to have known you. And to the promo whores and assholes, cheers to the next five years of me chasing you around.

Happy anniversary bro, you been great for the site. You joined like 2 months before i did, i guess my 5 years is coming up in in 3 weeks. i cant believe how old i am. Noway anyone can say im to young now im almost 30 lol. Havent been on in a while, the days of eat sleep train are over, enter the days of sleep a little, work alot, try and eat and try an fit in a training session 4-5 days a week. Its hard enough without kids, mad respect to you guys who are sticking to your routines, working hard and raising kids.
