I ordered Friday, within an hour was told it would be shipped out early this week, over the weekend they had an IT problem. So I jumped on the bandwagon and emailed monday to verify everything was ok. Was answered back promptly, everything was g2g and they would be shipping within 48 hours. Checked back today, they got there site back up, and had messaged me pack had shipped with tracking.
So relieved this source will communicate! First order from here and am completely satisfied!!!!!!!!!

Yeah normally id agree mate, but as the website is totally unreachable and down, and there is no other form of contact for them what so ever i dont think its unreasonable me asking the question, i have not received a tracking num or any info either

Actually a TR rep emailed me back very swiftly and explained the situation and clarified all the details for me.
Very happy thus far with the level of service and prompt replies, i just panicked when the website went down as its my first time with TR. All is good so far, 10/10 customer service.
I asked for my tracking number and they have not been able to provide it. Very worried. Curt email saying site was down but no further details
I know how you feel because so many places will rip you off but I just ordered from them for the first time in the last week and they are very legit. Tons and tons of people on here have given them quality reviews. Hard not to worry but I wouldn’t worry. They’ll make good and they will actually message you back and are pretty respectful in doing so.
