+ 3 The healthy Dessert/ Good Night Snack

ad

Hey just want to share these "Pancakes" for everyone who likes to eat something "sweet" as dessert.

So for this healthy dessert you need:

9 Eggwhites
50g oats
1 Banana
1-2 scoops Whey protein with ur fav flavor
2 tsp Almond Butter

First you mix the eggwhites with the oats and put the Whey in. I thinks it's most tasty with chocolate flavor but that's up to you.

Take a Banana and mix it in your egg/oat mix.
You can also cut the banana in slices and put on your pancake later.

Now you heat a pan and just put your mix in and cook it like a normal pancake.

When it's done put the Almond butter on top and
ENJOY!

Edit:

This leads to a total of 393 calories.

Great recipe I can’t wait to try. Finding ways to be able to take in more food and staying away from shakes with recipes like this has helped my bulking cycles 10 fold. Thanks for posting!
