+ 3 The healthy Dessert/ Good Night Snack
ad
Hey just want to share these "Pancakes" for everyone who likes to eat something "sweet" as dessert.
So for this healthy dessert you need:
9 Eggwhites
50g oats
1 Banana
1-2 scoops Whey protein with ur fav flavor
2 tsp Almond Butter
First you mix the eggwhites with the oats and put the Whey in. I thinks it's most tasty with chocolate flavor but that's up to you.
Take a Banana and mix it in your egg/oat mix.
You can also cut the banana in slices and put on your pancake later.
Now you heat a pan and just put your mix in and cook it like a normal pancake.
When it's done put the Almond butter on top and
ENJOY!

Great recipe I can’t wait to try. Finding ways to be able to take in more food and staying away from shakes with recipes like this has helped my bulking cycles 10 fold. Thanks for posting!
Sry for the double post there was glitch
basskiller89Solid post brother
I think I just burned 300 calories trying to measure 2 teaspoons of pb lol
Thanks bro
Hahaha the struggle is real
Have u tried it?
basskiller89I used to do pretty much the exact same thing without the egg whites and a tablespoon of half and half. I went with the full serving of peanut butter because I was bulking. You definitely have a great recipe for a quick meal
I also thought about To add some peanut butter I will try this for sure.
I also will get some sugar free syrup to get some different tastes.
Coco pebbles is the way to go.
NICE MATE!
Will be trying this out tonight

Nice. I usually just eat a bowl of cottage cheese.
