+ 5 Don’t shake your HGH
I have watched tons of YouTube videos of these hacks repeating this and several other myths they read on the internet and report as facts. Hacks while I am not the oracle of knowledge on the topic of HGH I am pretty knowledgeable about packaging. So I wanted to share some facts.
When you put HGH in the vial the amount of shaking involved is the same as kicking it across a football field twice. I don’t recommend trying this but the little extra shaking necessary to reconstitute your vial is minimal.
I just wanted to go on record that there full of compost.
If you want to be delicate with it just prep it the day before you need it and put it in the fridge.

awnoldI gave my buddy who has never done GH a vial of premixed and before he shot it he shook to fuck out of it. I told him "NO don't do that bro". All u have to do is add water and gently swirl the vial a few times and it should turn clear.
I started venting the vacuum off of mine before adding the water. It may be unnecessary but after watching how hard the water hit the puck it seemed like a good idea.
Yep it does tend to suck the plunger in sometimes when I first insert my pin. Not every time I guess it varies from bottle to bottle.
Now I kinda like the vacuum, you just have to be careful where to point the stream and control the plunger speed
I still haven’t done one perfect yet but it is perfect the next day when I pull it out from the fridge.
When it comes to true high grade HGH all you have too do is slightly swirl the bottle to get it broken down. You are absolutely correct. Never shake HGH. Nice reminder! +1
10-4 bro! That’s what I’ve been doing.... reconstitute with bac water and put back in the fridge for an hour or two and it’s good to go! No shaking required
Word. Yep it works great.
Sterile water is fine too, those little bottles don’t last me long enough to worry about losing sterility.
And if you’re a tight wad it is cheeper

Yep the nessary amount you need to apply to mix it is minimal. I just don’t like the YouTube hacks.
