There is no trick bro , sometimes they don’t get emails from gmail , they always respond to me in 4 or 5 days .
You ask them their latest WU name and they typically respond working 4 days
You have to tell a good knock knock joke in the subject of Email, if it’s a good one then they’ll respond in 12 hours or less

Gave the domestic line a shot and ARL came thru right away. Haven't tried the new label stuff yet but hearing good things, loved their stuff in the past. I took a long time off gear
I have ordered from ARL about 5-6 times succesfully. However this time their shipping&delivery did not go well. Ordered products to Europe on 17.12.2017. They sent products 18.01.2018. Now the parcell tracking shows that package is in New York instead of Europe...somehow they managed to sent products to wrong country/continent.
