I think I was lucky man! I got my order faster than they promised. I had the tracking number and I followed it. I didn't have much trouble with the guys and I really liked their product. I hope that next time I'll have same way! so will see;)

GlycogenGuyIron you are correct! I been going back and forth with ARL and they just have been busy. This isn’t their only board I’m assuming. They don’t do this full time because they have families and other things that take up a lot of their time from what I gathered. I recommend emailing them from their site contact. They respond within 24 hrs.

Most of my orders over last 2 years I've had no communication which is cool it always came and usually around 2-3 weeks but I got in a position where I need tracking number which I didn't get last 2 times and 2 orders were a little short which they made up and I actually owe them for 3 vials now. Dammit arl you could be top 5 easy
GlycogenGuyIron I don’t think they care about rankings and I can’t say I blame them. They have so many customers beyond this site. I think they feel they been around long enough and they always come through at some point. I’m just surprised they haven’t checked in quite a while but they have responded to every email I sent them through their website contact form. Pale on the 10th said he was putting them on hiatus if they didn’t clear their PMs by the 12th or 13th so I have to assume Pale made contact with them because they aren’t on hiatus but the PMs haven’t cleared. I think ARL is still GTG. Just my opinion.

People on eroids are a bunch of cry babies always been like that .. you take 3 days not answering emails due to a mail server malfunction and think you are down.. We have been here 10 years + we are not going away anywhere soon!
I told them they always blame the server. We love the product but need to send complete orders and give some customer service. Still they do have great products. Think they are just sooooooo busy.
