This particular case was different his payment did not went through the first time and have already agreed with the user to send him his pack before we clear the payment cause he's a trusted regular client.

Like I said on email, I wish we could of resolved this another way by email but it’s been very frustrating and the uncertainty and breakdown in communication has been too much to deal. It’s not even about the time it’s taken but just the whole run around. I was honestly looking to become a very regular customer of you guys.

Dont apologise mate we all know how non responsive ARL is at the best of time. The fact is he treats his customers with contempt...plain and simple. His business has gone way past even simple courtesy for the customer due to his expansion.

Sure the product MAY be good but fuck the need to beg n plead for the product or communication, there are better sources than this around.

Our main point of contact with the customers is not eroids, but through email. We try to log in as much as possible, but the main point of contact to resolve issues is email. With mujar it's true there was a breakdown of communication at some point in time as he was asking for tracking of his 100mls wheres we had already send him his products and did not gave him his tracker in time. However the fact remains that the product was sent. Not giving tracker does not mean that products have not been sent. Our shippers work aroudn the clock to send packs.
D Block has been here for a while bro. I was the admin of the Aussie group when he came here. While it might be true those were sent, like you said there was a breakdown in communication which made it impossible for me to know if my order was going to be sent or not. And regardless it still took more than 2 months to be shipped while I was left in limbo. If I had been told straight it was going to be sent on the 20th of December and that did end up happening we would of avoided this whole thing. As like I said before if I’m told honestly what’s happening then I really don’t mind the wait. I am a patient person. But when I’m given a run around for almost 3 months with no straight answer I obviously won’t be happy
Yeah I feel what you're saying bro, and it's true. I think they get away with things (from customers) that a lot of sources would be crucified and casted away for, on the basis that their product is highly regarded by some people. You know me pretty well bro and know how long I've been around and how many sources I've dealt with. Like I said to ARL in my last email this has been my worst experience by far and probably the only serious negative one I've had in my time here. I've never felt such neglect as a client before
Because of your history and standing thats why I stood back longer than I normally would have before I said anything. You have been more than patient with this whole circus and I hope ARL makes right with your order and I would hope its correct AND in a timely manner. And whats the go with having to explain what your order is , even though its in all the correspondence? . Simple fact is ARL is TOO big for their own good and need to allocate certain roles to more people so that his business doesn't disintegrate even further. I mean its all well and good that we love the product but for christ sake get more help or stick to Domestic only.
This is something we are working on already. We are going to assign more roles to people to help us keep more contact on Eroids.

I got my promo pack a few days ago and pinned it twice since, using 27g, it’s very very smooth and goes in very easy, I was so happy with it I placed my second order.
I said screw this place for a long time. I was hoping for some huge changes when they said they r going domestic. But, helllllllll no - shit, that was a wise decision.
