Been out of the game for a bit, but I'm back. Whats up Brothers
I used the site for research of all kinds and can't thank everyone here enough even the sarcasm as well. 2018 (happy new years all) and this is my 6th year here and looking to get back in the game after life changing situations. I got injured in the line of duty at a fire, and had a 3 level lower back fusion S1-L3 October 2016, I am no retired due to injury and was on a long recovery process. I've been doing cardio everyday on the elliptical and stair master due to not being able to run yet, and lifting on machines and cables, and sometimes smith machine. I haven't been on anything since spring 2016, just regular supplements. I had a food sensitivity test done by everlywell mail in test, and wow, foods to stay away from, i had no idea, and now feeling better. My T-levels are low, test total is 327 and free 61.5 as well as all normal level bloods. I'm going to use this great site to research if I should do a TRT regimen for now, and if that helps and all goes well, mabe I can get into a cycle in the future. For now I'll be looking into clomid therapy, HCG therapy with Armidex, and if not just a Cyp or Eth TRT with hck and PCT. Also my use low dose HGH to aide in healing as well with all the other benifits.
Great to be back, and looking forward to running into everyone during my research and posts.
Thank You All

Welcome to the forum!
THANK YOU
basskiller89Welcome brother
We're here to help if you need anything. Consider consulting a TRT doctor if you chose that route. If not, there's tons of great info on here, I'm sure you can piece it together. HCG would prove to be a beneficial way to raise your natural test levels, but not as steady as TRT. If you delve into HGH that will surely help decrease the recovery time as well as potentially burn some extra fat off you. Keep us posted
Thanks you, I spoke with 1 TRT doctor already, wasn't happy. 1 shot every 3 weeks, arimidex and some clomid pct after. I know from reading on the forum that will crash me. I will be reading more, but came across clomid therapy cycles with bloods, very interesting, but I need to research better doctors in NYC.
Unless you're a toe runner I'd shy away from running. There are many other forms of cardio that are not as hard on the back. When I injured mine I got into competitive bicycling. It's fun and my lower back thanks me
thank you, I will be purchasing a good bike soon, still winter here in NYC, I will have plenty of time on my hands and will def be giving biking a shot
Hello Sir,
First of all much respect for what you were doing in the past. That is great that despite your injury you still manage to get yourself in the gym, exercise and follow some nutrition protocol, that is very motivational for us all. I wish you quick recovery and our community is here to support and advise despite all the 'sarcastic comments' that sometimes appear.
Regards
Thank you, but I can take it, its just like at work, sarcasm is a good thing, cant be a (!). I'm looking forward in doing my research here, great community.
Welcome and thanks for your service
THANK YOU, means alot
