This one was very fast 16 days- fact. You say 95% of customers wait more than 3 months? Is that for US orders? I see you constantly place 3 bottle orders from shady at best sources and then you come here expecting similar service. Its not one size fits all. The fact is that you have NO GUARANTEE with the TA. Thats what "estimated" means when he says 7-12 days. Yeah, i would say that should be a little more clear or changed all together. Is that a TA within all non US shipments? But again reading on any forum including this one ARL is known for longer than expected TA at times and slower than most comm's. its also know his gear is on point and the prices are at the lowest levels considering again the quality.
And by placing an order you dont expect every email answered within 24-48hrs. There are sources that offer that. If you want hand holding or that kind of comm, then order somewhere else bro!!! He doesnt do tickets/help sections etc, like some others. This is how it goes with ARL sometimes. It fucking happens.

I ordered from ARL a few months back- took over 60 days, partial package but all was good in the end.You go a week with one reply from them and the problem isnt solved, then another week for the second email and finally its resolved. They werent avoiding me but they certainly move slower than others. Knew the way it is with them going in so i didnt make a fuss and just let it play out.
I hear what you are saying about the expectations that a lot of them have. Some bro's get bent out of shape over longer TA and in the rare case get a mixed up order. But it happens to all sources even the best so they do need to chill with the panic posting. Some people just need a place to vent though. Thats what they are doing, hard to blame them if they really think they are getting screwed or something.
ARL isnt ripping people off. He is NOT the fastest source, he can take weeks with email to resolve any issues but in the end i have not read one case were he "scammed" someone. Why are people mad? Try ordering and waiting 3 fucking months to receive the wrong thing and be run around by the source the whole time.
