Sounds like ARL for sure. Ive odered from them many times in the past. I dont think ive ever got one order that wasnt wrong in some way. There prices are nice and quality has been awesome. Customer service sucks. Shipping time sucks. Looks like u need to just wait on your email. They usually do make up for there mistakes but it might take awhile. Now u can order from there domestic section so no customs im waiting to see how long this last.
Yeah I know it's just frustrating. I usually keep my cool and I am patient. But this shit has pissed me off. So had to vent. Especially when on my order before this one, it again took 2 months just to ship and they apologised, said it wouldn't happen again, even gave me store credit (so they do fix their mistakes) etc but then very next order this again. I sent them another email this morning in a pretty angry tone, probably should of kept my cool. But yeah all I can do is wait now. I live in another country so domestic doesn't really apply to me, so can't really take advantage of it.
Thats why i wont order from them. I already know itd going to be a hastle one way or another. Plus if something happens and you email them they usually dont even reply. They could be in the number one spot on here if ghey got there shit together. A little more organization. No doubt they could be. Gear is great. Lots to pick from. Blends. Tabs. There just not organized. Good luck. Hope it works out for you.

Ordered and paid Dec 16, arrived Dec 28. During Xmas of course so hard to hit that 7 day window. Came close enough for me though on their first round of USA orders. Got a test enan instead of a Sust but all good. I ordered when the promo first came out so the Primo was only $42, went to $60 after I paid. ARL still sent them though.

Well i haven't received the orals like dust but if you let the orals for a while open they start to disintegrate. I never let them under the sunlight or something, always keep em safe.

No he means use a silica gel pack which extracts moisture. Humidity overtime can absolutely breakdown the fillers and turn the pills soft of chalky. The packets you get in some supplement bottles are effective such as in the preworkout supps. This is so they dont clump up. Same principle
