How much weight do your drop to compete/ get into contest shape... just wondering how drastic it is or if its not at all......reason i ask is ive k own some guys that drop 30 to 40lbs and others only drop maybe 10 or 15...

my fats and carbs are coming from spinach, kale, asparagus, zucchini and red/green/yellow peppers
every 5th day like today ill be substituting some for 130g of rice, 150g rice, 50 carbs from oats

if anything ill be saving it for food hahaha bulking season will be real after these shows! feb 3rd and 10th if i dont qualify on the 3rd or just for fun. start collecting swords lol
