5 days out away from my show
i cut all supplements icluding anything added to my coffee. have been drinking straight black flavored like from 711 or chevron. today i thought this was allowed under being black flavored coffee already drank 4 of these today. is there a way to counter this or anything to not let it affect me to much this close to my show. like extra cardio or some time in the suana.

Keuric = drinking plastic. Would never recommend that. Why not simply cut the coffee altogether?
