I was hoping it was even though I didn't think there was any way 10 vials could fit in there. I opened it up and it's all just full of lotion. I'm waiting to hear a reply now. Anyone taking God240 preworkout? And if so how soon before. For the past 3 months I've worked up to 5iu dosing twice/day.. I shoot 3am then again 1pm lifting around 330-4.

I do beacuse I lift in the am I take 5 iu shot at 4am gym at 5 then 5 iu pm before bed
I do 6ius a day.
2ius in the morning, 2ius pre workout and 2ius post workout. It’s been working well for me.
Much appreciated. How soon B4 workout do u shoot? I see a lot about it only peaks for 3 hrs so would that mean take it 3 hrs B4 or just B4?
I usually just shoot it before I leave to the gym.
So say like 30mins before.
