I'm gonna post some pics s ,I'm very self conscious so this is embarrassing to me !! I want to enter a master's coming up in December and get some feedback on what any of you have done pre contest diet and training ?

Absolutely.... I think youd fit right in on a Master's stage.
In my opinion, and I do have 1. YES! enter it. You will never enjoy anything more. this might be a little late but if it is I hope you entered.

Hey Brother. Read the post and saw your pics. You have nothing to be embarrassed about. Your current muscle mass combined with your conditioning is impressive.
First off, always do what you are passionate about. If that be competing then so be it. Keep doing the work which by the looks of it you are already doing. Throws the chips in the middle and let the outcome be what it may. For the very moment you step on stage, regardless of the judges decisions , you are already a winner.
