Any one have any advice on lowering this?
I'm taking 250 mg of test a week on a cruise
Cycle at the moment, I hear giving a pint of blood helps

Donating is a surefire way to help as others have mentioned. however, I found out the hard way that the local donor center would not accept my donation without a doctor's order because my Hgb was high. So, I saw my doc and received a script to donate once every 2 weeks to get the hgb down. It's called a therapeutic donation. Essentially the center draws a unit off and discards it. I go once every 2 weeks, if I am within range doc set on script, I do not donate, if out of range enough, I have them pull the pint. I have the hardest time adjusting my diet to NOT include iron rich food. It's like having six in one hand, half a dozen in the other.

I had high H&H which led me to stop test for a bit to normalize while I donated. Was my fault as i hadn't donated in years. From a viscosity standpoint, I've added in Nattokinase and Serrapeptase. They won't help lower H&H but will help get things flowing and prevent some viscosity in that blood. Always make an effort to donate if you notice a rise

if you cannot donate try blood letting with the mrs or pal watching over you

I have read that naringin is good at normalising hemotocrit. The supplement version isn't very common but it is found in grapefruit.

I've read about it a few places, I thought mine was high so researched it but came back into range by stopping the oxymetholone so didn't try it myself in the end.
