That sounds crazy you should write a pm to the rep if its there mistake and not yours.
Seizure. Just an FYI here that won't be that helpful but I will throw it on anyway since some are bored for lack of posts. Lol. I had a seizure recently. It was a naps order. Won't disclose locations and such but will share that I opened a ticket, followed instructions, and all was resolved in very short order. I sent two e-mails total in addition to opening the ticket. Both e-mails were responded to within hours (less than 24). Very happy.
Point being, Naps was easy to work, fast, and left me with absolutely no loss of any sort. If it happens to any of you, hope it works out as well.
I also did some research on shipping locations and routing for the brand I ordered. There were lessons learned that I can't write about here. When folks on here bust balls about posting shipping and payment info, there is good reason for it. Once the doooshbags at an ISC learn about source locations, problems start. I'm sure they could set up a fake account and learn all that pretty easy anyway simply by ordering like we do but better safe than sorry for us. Plus, you will get your ass kicked on here for disclosing locations.

How do you know it's hurting their business? Are you tracking the volume of orders through their site? Truth is, he never was on here THAT much. He responds to PMs, at least that's my experience. And most issues get resolved through napshelp anyway, not the Rep. What it really sounds like is that you're asking for a Promo. There are promos running on their site 24/7. And damn good ones, too. Maybe you should spend more time on their site and less time trying to figure it out on this SI.
Bro I've always had great success and communication with the old rep. This isn't a promo thing. I cant get into it but its not that. The rep doesn't need to hangout 24/7 here, he just needs to answer the 38 unread PM's and do his job. Naps is telling me and the 2 others to contact the eriods rep ASAP who seems to not respond. Yes, NAPS rocks. That's why the concern. The Promos kick ass! All the options rock. Everything about them does but......Mr Rep. as of today needs to improve.

This is not true at all Naps rep used to be very active on here, the ticket system has never had as much pull as the rep, and the "damn good" promos on the site are nothing compared to the promos that have been thrown on here... Ive used naps since 2013 and it's slowed down on here.
They should throw a promo here on Eroids
