+ 9 Blasted Arm
The years of consistency are paying off. I increased my cardio significantly over the last eight months. I appreciated the honesty from my Eroids brothers the last time I posted a photo. Your input motivated me. I now jump rope for 20 minutes to an hour every workout session. With the addition of EQ, my strength and vascularity jumped significantly. My normal arm exercises include reverse grip curls using 62lb kettlebells 3 X 12 - 15 followed by 3 high intensity reps (as slow as I can go) at lower weight, 25 - 35lbs. I then blast my forearms into oblivion with curled armed Icelandic plate pinches. I have slowly progressed from two 10lb plates up to a 25lb and a 10lb plate. With the two 10lb plates I can hold the grip for just over a minute. With the 25lb+10lb plates, I am just barely hanging on for 15 seconds. Finally, I do 3 x 20 standing overhead triceps extensions with a 45lb plate.
