Sharing a photo temporarily to get some advice on how to create monster shredded abs. Also, proof of existence. I have been lifting and training in combat sports several times a week consistently for the last 4 years.
Thanks for input, I took the photos down. I will post more in about another month to show the effects of increase cardio and a better diet.

You should add your other pic to this. I don't know what to make of the 6% score tho. You don't look anywhere near that. But unless you are ready to hit the stage BF that low is unhealthy anyway.
Thanks for the encouragement everyone. I will take another BF reading sometime in the next week and post the results. I was 6% in July last year via BOD POD measurement, and I looked the same then. I think one of my prescription makes me bloat, but what can you do. I will diet and do more cardio.
You're not 6% bf, no matter what that piece of paper says. Not hating, you're just not.
I know I am probably not at the moment. I will get retested in a week. The thing is even when I am, I look the same. I am looking for advice on exercise to make my abs larger and show more separation.

Looking big mate. See you're dedicated to the sport. Where did you get your BF% reading from? I would say you're more 16% from the photos mate. In which case keep dieting down to achieve those killer abs. +1 for putting the photo up and proving who you are. More people need to. Respect.
