I've always had a great experience ordering for them but this past order is concerning me....It's already been two months, and while they said they were reshipping, I haven't gotten any other info about it since. I love their products but I really hope they work out their shipping issue :/

Did not expect naps to reship free gear but they contacted me ( I didn't complain or anything they just offered) and reshpiped me gear that was free... least I can do is pull bloods at some point.

Hitman187, I've read the same things about that product,but have never talked to anybody that has actually tried it, I feel like if that product worked it would be heard everywhere and be the new miracle fat loss thing, Def don't think I'm gonna be trying it anytime soon....

Hitman187Never tried it. One of the things ive heard it can cause spot fat reduction at the pinning sites and thats just something i have a real hard time believing.
Any updates on Naps? Was wanting to go ahead with an order but looks like there's been some holdups?
I put an order last Tuesday, they picked up money on Thursday and they shipped yesterday.

This is very critical and important for me to ask because packages sent from Ihsan countries it gets seized so fast where I am in Sweden but packages if he gets sent from within EU or UK warehouse I have no problem to receive them .,

I think that you might be on the wrong src page. Naps has really good var but different brands like geneza and dragon.
I have used some of the geneza and im looking forward to running some of the Dragon pharma
I have mixed feeling with naps. i ordered a fairly large order that was broken up into 2 packages, one came for Asia and the other from India. The one from India came in about 14 days. The one from Asia came almost a month later, so 6 weeks. I inquired about it via their help site and all i got was "it's been shipped, please use tracking number" but the tracking number was never updated, not until it arrived at my door. On top of that 2 of the products did not have the lot # or exp date sticker. i was a little sketched out by that so i emailed again via the help site and it took over 2 weeks for a final response. we went back and forth and i got "we're looking into it". the final answer was "it's fine to take, no issues". it seems like they never got a true response from anyone and didn't know the lot # or exp, so they just said "it's fine" and hoped i never bothered again. They didn't do anything to rectify it. how do i know they didn't send me a package that was sitting around for the last 5 years? after this, i'm torn about using them again. the rest of the order was fine.
