Hey, new user.

anyone tried the method above dont know if i can post the link in here but its basically doing supersets every hour for 5 hours lol. i personally wouldnt but my nephew whos 17 just getting into it has been going on and on about it ..kids these days!!

It's a very old protocol, I remember seeing it in magazines in the 80s. The idea is that you're keeping the muscles flushed with blood and nutrients, combined with protein after every set/hour

I've tried it before and the pumps can be amazing, it's the kinda thing you may want to try just before going on vacation so you're purposely over training and you get that recovery while on your trip but I doubt anyone's really seen 1" of keepable mass after something like this

I'm going to try this. But.... I'm going to hang a 5 lb. dumbell to my junk and do kegal supersets like when I'm in the shower or driving and hopefully in just 1 short week, I should be rocking a 14 inch monster C@*$. I'll be using 750 ml. of test per week, so may only take half the time. Thanks for making me laugh on this fine Easter day. Cheers

Bodybuilding is not an endurance sport. You get in, hit whatever muscle groups you are training that day hard with a variety of different exercises and angles, to failure or close. Then you get some protein and fast carbs in you and continue the fuck on with your life.
