During contest prep when that "urination oddity" presented itself and the only thing that seemed to contribute was the shot closer to sleep, I indeed stopped as it was affecting my recovery.

However, going on week two post contest it has been added back (again, if I miss that AM dose or if I decide to stretch out the time frame between shots) more or less, a shot is now landing a little closer to bed time.

I am blessed with a very flexible schedule to accommodate my research and protocols.

So sometimes if my body needs it, I choose to go to bed extra early compared to most or much later since I am naturally a night owl

I've posted before that I've made a poor judgement call in dose and thus had to reduce and titrate slower.

So far it is the same even at the 14iu.

My sides are expected and ironically a little less than what I recall undergoing 8-9iu.

Was it batch dependent or just the fact that I am more experienced with using the same manufacturer of that compound...likely both.

So you believe when taking a higher dose regime of 10+iu's per day (this is for 14iu) you should dump into just two shots?

After seeing how you react in general to anything I post I really don't see a point in discussing further with you (you are more than welcome to dump 7iu/shot into your system if you like) so this is for the original OP and this is a protocol that has been working very, very well for the past while since implementation.

There are times when I stretch it out4-5hrs between shots so that way I can have one later at night before bed but during my contest prep (was recent) I noticed I was getting increased urine excretion for no known reason so I discontinued until contest was complete.

My research and personal response, indicates taking doses past 4-5iu in any one given shot is quite a jolt (unless of course you are taking extreme doses of GH after plenty of experience) and based on the half life in the system, having it spread out the way I do is optimal.

Whether it works for everyone is not what the OP was asking. He was asking about others experience.

For me...the results are tremendous and until it is time to reduce the amount per day arrives (taking a very short break or reducing dose is something I also incorporate) I will continue as posted.

Whether you use enough to warrant multiple dosing per day (perhaps you are using much lower) may reflect on how many times per day much less how much per injection is needed.

When I am under 8iu I only have 2 doses per day.
