Gymjunkie's night time growth shake

Here is my bed time shake to keep my body growing.

12 ounces lactose free whole milk
50 grams of Casen protein
2 table spoons of peanut butter
Teaspoon of agave nectar

Aprox 650 calories

Combine shake well to incorporate all ingredients drink right before bed. Many guys forget about the most important time and neglect there body while sleeping l. Your muscles need food even when sleepin, rest and food = Gaines ..

Ive been following the Viking mass shake thats posted on the viking tribute page. Ive been doing this shake for about 3 months religiously, im floating at 267 when i woke up this morning and was around 245 when i started. I cut out the almond butter due to its price and the quantity you get for the price, Of course its not all attributed to this shake but it has helped.

Viking Mass Gaining Shake

500 ml of whole milk
1 cup of oatmeal
2 scoops of whey
2 tbs of almond butter
1 banana

Night time growth shake? I just medicate with my night time green medicine and then eat a real meal. Meat and potatoes still works right?

Meat and potatoes work wonders. But remember there is a period of when you sleep your body will go into a catabolic state because of no calories or protein in your system

Oh I understand my friend. And thank you. I was just having a little fun while advocating for my favorite growth meal, real food. In your shake, even casein will be broken down after a few hours and certainly before you wake. . Unless you are interrupting sleep in order to eat which would be counterproductive, there is no way around the catabolism you state. In my opinion, shakes are only supplemental to a proper real food diet.

Long story short I can use less agave to get a sweeter taste , then regular sugar . It's just personal preference really that's all

Just a simple liquid egg whites and milk shake right before bed and some chocolate syrup in there to help with flavor. Also do you use the agave nectar just for sweeting or does it have any health benefits?

It's a healthier option than sugar and breaks down slower. But egg whites lol more of a man than me

I have used actual egg whites straight from the egg and it's disgusting but the liquid egg whites in the containers have a less denser consistency and you can't even tell there in it

That's interesting. The smoothness of the egg whites from containers kind of grosses me out. It's too thin like water. I actually like that each egg white from eggs I separate myself stay separated and thick in the cup. A lot cheaper too!

If you use peanut butter, milk, and oats then you can add whole eggs and blend that shit up and chug. Doesn't taste bad at all and you can add chocolate syrup or fruit if you want, shit maybe even some veggies if your into that.

Honestly it just absolutely infuriates me that I can keep banging the spoon on the side of the blender and the peanut butter just will. Not. Fucking. Go. In. It just sticks to the spoon. You'll never get it all off. That's why I just lick it right off the spoon now. Delicious.

I gave up on using PB in my shakes. I use the powder PB2 instead now. Much better when it comes to shakes.

I've had it and didn't care for the taste. I got hooked onto natural (no HVO) peanut butter and it's absolutely delicious out of the fridge. Probably the only thing in my current diet that I consider a treat. Problem is the oil always seems to dry up near the end of the jar and it takes on the consistency of Play-Doh

That works too. I always used an unhealthy fist sized serving so never had that problem.

The issue is, how do you get it off the tablespoon? I could never get it all off without it sticking. Ever.

No spoons. I use only forks with peanut butter. You get way more off the fork.
