Just going to start with 50mcg pre workout an go from there. I was reading makwa's new cycle log and he mentions doing it pre so if it's good enough for him that way, certainly is for me.

I saw him post that he likes it pre and I always thought it was a recovery so you would take it post.
I need to do more research but yeah if mak says it works like that. Its the way im going to atleast try first then play around to see where im most comfortable.
