I have some of the modiwake in my "break in case of emergency case". For a day when i was up for 2-4 hrs and cant sleep and know i have a hard work day ahead or need to be alert. I have the 100mg. One time i took 2 but with the headache and wierd feeling 100mg does the job. Do not take many days in a row because the effects will lessen due to tolerance and you will have to keep upping the dose. Try 200 first and if 2 much drop down. If you start at 100 and find little effect you will be tempted to take the another midday and good luck sleeping. Need to take upon waking to give you more wake hours in the day and you should sleep fine. Increases dopamine so kinda feels like adderall minus the rapid heart beat, super hyperness, overtalking, and lack of appetite. It does something to your dopamine recepter uptake hence increasing in your brain. Lot of scientists still cant fully explain how it works but that is the closest explanation i found after 100 med sites. Good Luck

Shit is about to get done! I love modafinil, requires some self control not to blast daily otherwise I get a come down if I take it say 3/4 times daily over a week or so. I’m a low responder but it effects my partner much more and she’ll get a weeks worth of work done in a morning.
