Might not be burnt. Might just be a lump of raw hormone that crashed and needs to be resuspended. Try bringing back into solution and if it still contains sediment then contact source.

Interesting. I've never had this issue with them but someone with a 400$ minimum should have a QC that's "that much better" than the next. Have you tried contacting?
