However, support staff were very quick at responding and so after quickly receiving my shipping info after payment cleared I was definitely feeling better. Ordered back in March and this process has begun to drag and become a nightmare.

May 31, 2017: Still no response from Naps! Extremely unprofessional, especially after that over $1K drop, you would expect some courtesy, but nope.

Seriously, can you resolve this issue? Ive already sent new shipping information, I can't stand just waiting around, while others are probably falling into the same situation, bloodworm getting all jacked up.

I figured I should write a review on my go-to site for gear. I've used NAPS for about 5 orders over the past 1.5 years. They've ranged from a couple hundred dollars to a couple thousands. I've paid with both moneygram and bitcoin. Even when I used money gram the money was picked up within 48 hours. But coin just speeds up the process a little bit and is easier for everyone on both ends.
I always like to hit naps when they have big sales on the big name brands. When customer service told me that the items on sale that were ordered were out of stock, they actually offered to give me another great brand for the same discount price.
I always trust all the gear I get from naps. What's great is that you can find the lab tests from 3rd party companies that test the gear to let you know is as good as it's said to be....... or you can just do a huge shot of tren and you'll quickly learn it's as good as it supposed to be.
There shipping is always very quick. The one time it took an extra few days than expected, their online live chat support let me know the current status of my order, which was shipped the next day. I give naps a 10/10. It's great to be able to order what you need with a guarantee that you'll get what you ordered.

I've made about a half dozen orders with Naps. If you've been paying attention they had a major problem with bitcoin. The last two orders I made have been seriously delayed. It worried me because the other purchases were processed smoothly. These recent orders are now moving as they should.

I am not too worried or in any type of time crunch. I am already on TRT and HCG (prescribed). I just really want to find a source that I can rely on if I am ever out of health care coverage and need a cheap alternative. Despite the slowness of these last two shipments, I am very happy with Naps. The prices and sales are incredible. I am really impressed with the DP Sus. Really excited to try DP Tren. It's a huge relief and even a blessing knowing Naps is out there should I ever have to depend solely on them.

At 1st thought naps was another ripp off, my bitcoin payment was taken but the site kept sayin waiting on payment, apparently this was normal and naps customer service informed me to give it a couple days. I actually got a alert the very next day sayin payment proccessing. It took roughly a week before my status went to shipped, and roughly 2 weeks after was at my door. All in all it was my 1st time ordering international and didnt know the average t/a, but everything from customer service to shipping was great just had to be patient. Will order again Thanks Naps!

I have used Napsgear on many occasions and never had a problem. They have quality products at great prices. I look forward to each order because I know it is legit, always packaged well, shipped expeditiously without any problems whatsoever. Best source ever used.

Placed my order over a month ago and my Test/ Deca have not even started to be shipped yet. Contacted Naps support and I keep getting the run around.

I was a little skeptical right after ordering based on how long it took to get to me but I realize now that's standard for international sources and I'm really happy with naps the way they delivered, the products effectiveness, the website, and the discounts. I think they'll have my business every time.

I've been waiting 2-3+ weeks for a bitcoin transaction to confirm. I have mutiple sources of proof that the transaction was processed successfully, but the naps website and customer support keep telling me to wait longer. I've spent a large sum of money on this order and they seem to be just taking my money and running.

Legit company! After extensive research and hesitation, I placed an order with Napsgear about 2yrs ago. I made a very small purchase just in case it was a scam. I received my initial order within 14 days of ordering and it was exactly as advertised. I've since made several orders from Naps and they've never disappointed. They have a great variety of products and website is very easy to navigate.

Taco_man you hit the nail on the head. The responses on this board from "napsgear" are cut and paste responses that address ONLY the shipping "delays" related to orders placed around Easter??? Its as if that blanket bullshit response is supposed to settle all of the people who are genuinely getting FUCKED! What about ALL of the people who made payments (especially bitcoin) and can produce the confirmation and proof that the payment was received by napsgear MINUTES after it was sent??? The responses from customer service on their site are "please wait 3-4 business days", "wait 3-4 bus days longer", "the payment hold up is not on our end?", "we've forwarded your issue to the payment dept, it will be taken care of in 3-4 bus days" and the funniest bs of all, "please wait 3-4 bus days and then revert" Tha fuk? Revert to what, what the fuck are you talking about?! In reference to what you said about the vets....vets or not, this board is like a napsgear sack riders club. MANY long time customers of napsgear prefer to stay off these boards for many different reasons. They follow the directions, make the payment, and are extremely patient until it becomes obvious there is a reason not to be.

Been 8 weeks since I ordered from NAPS. I've used them in the past and it usually takes about 3 weeks to get my shipment. I don't know whats going on but even the customer service guy isn't as nice as they used to be they just keep telling me to wait. There seems to be a lot of "vets" on here giving good reviews and I'm glad that things went well for you but Napsgear seems to be ripping of a lot of people. Be careful

I ordered 6 weeks ago... It has been 5 weeks the order has said "origin post preparing shipment" on the tracking info? Is this normal... I am trying to remain patient, i was told they wous reship if it doesnt show up soon... I hope this all works out

Support just replied to my ticket again, and said please wait 6 weeks for reship, they're experiences delays from Easter. There are several problems with this. It's been 8 weeks since I payed for my order; I ordered and paid before Easter; implies a non Christian countries mail system has been so overwhelmed with water eggs and chocolate bunnies, it has shut their postal infrastructure down for months!! Or they have been so backed up, and have not actually shipped anything, and been providing false updates and tracking numbers!!! Wake up NAPS!

I have used naps for more than 6 years and have placed numerous dozens of orders within that time. I have had both very positive and very negative experiences with them. I have received most of my order in 10-14 days from the point of them updating my order as shipp; in as few as 7; and as delayed as 7 months. I've always accepted them for their word, and understood things slowed down with customs in 2012. They told me they'd reship next week for 7 MONTHS! In 2015, 2 items never updated past china and I stayed patient for 4 months. When I wrote customer service I was written off, because they claimed they reship in 4 weeks, and I was suspect for waiting so long!
I recently placed 2 sizable orders in the first few days of April. I submitted payment within seconds via Bitcoin, and it was accepted right away and shipped a few days later. Two single pieces of my order went through India and were delivered in 2 weeks. No gear has reached my door other than a few pills of viagra.
Both orders despite being shipped days apart, share identical shipping information and have been through a sorting facility in China 7 weeks ago. Again, they share IDENTICAL information despite being shipped 5 Days apart!
Please understand and accept how incredibly suspect this is! Two different orders and different packs, sent nearly a week apart share 100% identical shipping dates And processing times, in the same facilities in China, and nothing beyond that!
I wrote them at the 30 day mark, and was told to wait 35. The. I was told to wait 30 days from the point of being accepted into the sorting facility, then was told to wait for 30 days from it saying it was processed. It was the. 50 days since payment, and was told to remain patient, someone will review the case, it's now been another week and told someone will review it and get back to me!
I have lost all faith, trust and loyalty to Naps!
ENTRUST ANOTHER SOURCE! Stay away!
Note to NapsGear moderator. Please do not reply to my review with a comment about Easter slow down. I ordered weeks before Easter and it's been 8 weeks since my ordered was payed for.
